As a side note: 3downnation has demoted the Bombers to 4th place in the power rankings, just ahead of the Riders. Now its up to the Big Blue to prove they belong at the top of the rankings tomorrow night.

Well, he was black, you know. White dealers get rehab, black ones get jail. -
False hope is the cruelest thing.

You words are herein recorded and will be used against you should the need arise. -
The worst thing the Bombers could do is play tentatively. If they cannot play with the same fervour that they had for the first half of the last game, they are going to struggle. The Tabbies are not a dominant team, but a good one.

Well......that's.......something.....I guess....

Disagree. Hecht has been better on shallow plays than deep ones but he's still no great shakes at either. He still hasn't learnt the concept of using his arms to tackle.

Not sure how that would induce humility- he might like that sort of thing.

If he was African-American, would that make him the Dark Knight and get sued by DC Comics?

Not if you had been watching the way the Bomber defence started playing near the end of the third quarter.

I desperately hope that Meffy takes the field when Rod Black is calling the game.

Agreed. Apparently there was not evidence for the on-field refs to eject Adams but there was enough later to suspend him??????

And is only marginally better as a blitzer.

Given that we are unanimous in our reactions to and condemnation of the debacle that was last Saturday, is it safe to assume that both Walters and Miller as well as the majority of fans feel the same way and are at the end of their patience with this coaching regime?

We're standing on the outside looking in, but the players are living this crap playcalling and feeling the sting of games they ought to have won. How long before they give up and start losing on-field discipline? Doug Brown talked about the time (in the Jim Daly era, I think) when the defensive coaching was so inept that the defense would huddle on the field after each play and decide among themselves on what to do. Are we there yet? -
Disagree. The proof is that we lost the damned game in the same way we lost in the LDC and against the Argos. O'Shea should have been smart enough to see that the defensive backs had suddenly developed terminal stupidity and the offensive game plan was moribund. He should have called a time out or at least mandated a change in game plan.
