I agree but also have been all over Younger and this stupid scheme we use to let QB's sit back and pick the team apart....never gonna win playoff ball or league games for that matter consistently doing the no pressure thing, and on top of that playing it with guys on many snaps who cant get off a block let alone creamy any disturbance to the run game It was figured out mid point of last yr, and constantly this yr....sire it gets some famc stats in some regards....but it also gasses the defence for when it matters, and also keeps our offence off the field when we just give up 2nd and long conversions over and over.....If we had a lights out offence that put up points at will...from anywhere on the field then maybe yeah...it could see lasting success.....but as it is now....no hope in hell...and the record of the team from end of 2023 through to now is pretty proof positive

too much is being put laid at the feet of the oline for ZC issues...are they the best in the league....not anymore but regardless they are not the issues for ZC regressing and the offence in general more times than not looking disjointed, confused and lacking any real system or scheme to play off of And until we show we can make adjustments and coaching decisions in game to take advantage of, or counter act what other teams are doing...we aint winning anything...aka coaching or lack there of

I see a bc and mtl final as well... Hamilton would be nice tho to break their drought. Be funny too with all our cast offs being deemed not good enough...not worth the price...or alienated by this staff...be nice kick to the onions for the tall foreheads here

Don't be shocked he out till at least playoffs...if we get there that is. And even then don't count on it...tho with Osh's track record..and our dismal depth and roster i am sure he will be out there gimping it up Yeah...Sadly the same. Wilson's circus catch too....nicely underthrown....a lot of the balls that were caight this yr that were deep...even deeper intermediate were underthrow, and rarely hitting a guy in stride And no...they were not backside shoulder tosses like TSN likes to yammer on about...Thats a totally different kinda pass, and thrown with a trajectory to them...not floating ducks dropping out of the sky like they were shot

I think it's more of just an inconsistent thing...it's more that we are not a good team thing....and have no depth...questionable coaching.....which gives you inconsistency like issues. Technically we are quite consistent...the game like the Hammy one...and maybe one other this yr were just the anomaly,

When u hire from within...for whatever reason with a guy with zero experience...well expecting an adjustment in game is a pipe dream...we've seen it all yr...out classed consistently in second half all yr

I'll say it again...coaching is just killing us...over and over This team shows as poorly prepared save for the odd anomaly here and there The roster is chalk full of poor coaches decisions and when you have in game injury issues rarely are we covered with the glut of ST guys who's only use is on ST and are a detriment if they have to go in...our overall roster is garbage ad we have maybe 2 actual superstar/difference makers We can't adjust to the game flow and repeatedly get out coached in second halfs...but we show/have no urgency to fix anything cause we claim we have all these starter quality guys and they will review the "film" and work it out...well we 16 games in season now..and are teetering into falling into 5th place We let our roster rot to what it is now..a lot of well paid guys who can't cut it...and way too many guys with no business even being on roster...but coach loves em...so we hooped We are definitely a mess and in serious need of a reboot...Sadly...all avoidable if we turned guys on roster over more liberally..paid guys who were top notch...instead of letting walk...and going after FA studs that could have supplanted some of our slugs...who cares how long they been here...if you can upgrade...u upgrade....we mismanaged a legit team of the ages and turned it into almost a joke now Who knows if any of the guys we brought in but cut in lieu of all these long in the tooth coaches faves were better....but its obviously it couldn't been worse...and if anything they were young with possible upside...not old...declining...zero upside...and several who really just sucked anyway and prob wouldn't be rostered anywhere but here...but that's what happens when you look back..4..5 yrs and not forward...and Osh's comment at beginning of season says it all and I flagged it even then "You look at a guys film from years past and see the success, and that's what they bring here" or something to that effect...and thats just crap way to build your roster...and we been seeing it in real time for 3 yrs now. Factor in some bad coaching...and poor in game management...well u get what we've witnessed
