yeah who knows...but coming off the bye I highly doubt it...Just Osh's poor game week prep They mentioned in the Younger article giys were tired...well then maybe do some extra conditioning work....you can do that in a variety of ways in a game week to not wear anyone down....they also could have ran thru all their instal packages...down and distance situ's and who/when guys are subbing and lock it all down, as opposed to how confused and disjointed we look...and on many plays we are barely even ready let alone set up....simple little things like that would make a huge difference but nope

Exactly..not having adequate backup already listed is dumb..if he can't go then we could dress vibert and have coverage on oline. And we all know there is a good chance that if he isnt really good to go...but could play but be less than normal we will play him...history had shown that repeatedly

No need to take mid week off..or run into ground..we generally look unprepared and rarely ready..there is a reason for that...country club atmosphere..if he wanted the extra day then take the Sunday...these are high level athletes...they could go everyday

Would also like to add you bring a lot to the board and are wealth of knowledge as well...and have made me see certain things different ways and its always good discussing things with you.. as unlike many other posters here.. your posts are based on actual knowledge..experience and obviously being involved in the game a oong time as well..which makes many discussions here so good...no hate from me..

cause the issues I mentioned have really nothing to do with the GM...Thats all game day prep...and game day stuff Walter's is the GM sure...but he not out scouting in the U.S...should he maybe can some scouts?...possibly...but we also dont know if who is evaluating guys once here is up to par either...and the fact we see them wanting to use guys like Ayers and Woodbey at DE at times...playing garbage like JT...Korn over other guys on roster who are better...Thinking a Cobb.Corcorran combo would give more production than one of Singer or Womack...I could go on...but that tells me enough to realize that identifying talent...or putting players in right positions is not a strong suit.. Fact of matter turfing say just the G.m...Basically will blow up your whole team as no G.M worth snot will accept to come in but be told he's saddled with previous guys selections...he will want his own...Turfing both sets you back even further as you essentially have a total shakeup from admin all the way down...and it will affect player recruitment for at least a good yr...if not 2 More often than not...and especially if the whole organization isnt a dumpster fire...which we are not....you can the HC...likely 1 or 2 coords as the new coach will want his on and go from there...less stress/disruption to the whole team top to bottom and will tell you sooner than later if that was the issue. more a sign of a HC with no clue...whats ailing his roster...or what to do to try and wake his team up

Yeah I wish he didnt call down last game and say whatever you do...do not go for the td's at the goaline and show the offence you have confidence in them and keep the momentum up....stick a dagger in BC early

question....so if we come out unprepared again...lacking focus/urgency...roster limits us in depth/use of game day players...and we make more poor in game decisions and some the issues that plagued us last several games...dropped passes...missed tackles...giving up on plays by (repeat offenders)...are some here gonna say it's Walter's fault? Yeah Smith should be at Wil and where he has taken majority of his defensive reps at essentially....but glad he has been bumped to a starter...tho not happy as to why Woodbey I agree is the better sam option....but maybe we will see moving around and they are interchangeable....that being said we also need to minimize all the shuffling as its causing a lot of the grief....and that Hazen add for Friffin....just an utter waste of a roster spot

yeah I would have liked to see him get more of an opportunity...a bigger athletic tweener type who could have played multiple spots...in that role we use Hallett and Kelly he would have likely been way more impactful

At least he cut osh off at the knees with JT...or he would be gobbling up reps again..osh wanted him back but Walters actually played boss and took that option away..so gave me some hope Osh still couldn't cut ties so made him a coach instead..unqualified and all...I could see if he shadowed at least 1 yr like Miller did..but nope
