I feel for the kid. He looked outstanding. I think he has a bright future. Whether it’s in the NFL or here in the CFL. Selfishly obviously I’d like to see him in blue and gold but I would have loved to see him make an NFL roster this year and continue to learn from guys like Jordan Love and Matt Lafleur.

I’m not surprised though. You lose your three best receivers, you can’t continue to run Joey Corcoran and your back up quarterback, they need some vets who you can plug in incase they’re needed for Sunday.

Walters should have some money tucked away. Offer him a multi year deal that takes care of him financially and let’s get it done!

How is it not great? As of last week games have been averaging 54 points a game per season which is 27 points per game per team. 13 points is pretty good no matter how you slice it. Considering the fact it’s not like this is some 22 green rookie, it’s a guy who’s been around the NFL/USFL league for several years and he played like 90 percent of last weeks game. To have him complete under 50 percent of his passes under 200 yards is a good effort in my opinion. Considering he has that 45 yard bomb early on.

Zach is faster this year than he was a couple of seasons ago. He seems to be in pretty good shape considering he’s getting older. He’s not quite 2010’s Zach in terms of mobility but it’s nice to see him use his legs a little more this season when needed.

Good gusty win. I’m optimistic if we can get Houston and Schoen in the line up next week and if atleast one of Demski or Sterns is healthy enough to get into the line up I like our chances heading to Regina.

Vaval played a lot better tonight as a DB having someone to spell him on the return game.

Nice! I don’t mind them going for it at mid field but 6 minutes left, and plenty of time. O’Shea would have punted there and probably is the right decision.

What’s the excuse of dresssing one back up receiver? Especially when you have 11 linebackers and safeties. Just blows my mind especially when that back up is a rookie Canadian receiver who should be no where near the field.

No receivers in the line up. Good thing we have 11 linebackers and safeties on the roster instead.

Good half from Zach. We’re in desperate need of another play maker on offence though.

In hindsight that 2011 team was completely overrated. Lost back to back games against the 2-7 Saskatchewan Roughriders, finished the season 10-8 after starting the season 7-2 or 8-4. A lot of playmakers on D but still allowed nearly 25 points a game. Offence was average at best. It just gets remembered more fondly because of how bad our team was before and afterwards. Fun season for sure but not even in the same league as any of the Bomber teams from 2016 onwards.

Let’s go! Just win baby. Get to 6-4 and then we have three huge games against the Riders coming up so there’s still a chance to win the west. But it starts here. I’d feel better going into Labour Day at 6-4 then sitting at .500

He takes some chances. I don’t mind him fighting for a job we need some help in the secondary with the injuries. He has a lot to prove fighting for a job so you hope best case scenario he comes in hungry and plays smart, worst case scenario he doesn’t cut it and he’s off the roster. Low risk move in my opinion.

Have no issues with us bringing in Houston. I was the first to say I was ok letting him go to Calgary for the big money contract. With our injury issues I’m more than ok letting him fight for a job. He’s a good player.

D looked good overall but I would have liked to see some adjustments from Younger. I get you’re playing to a two score lead late but literally all Crum has is the short pass. He can’t hit those intermediate to deep routes, the schemes were playing as if Dru Brown was in the game. I just would have liked to see them be a little more agressive.

We only have 26 points in 9 games in the third quarter. No wonder we’re a 5-4 team. We’ve been out coached, out schemed and out played in nearly every single second half this season. It’s very concerning.

I think we’re going to squeak out an ugly win. We’re usually a much better team at home. I’m not sure I have much confidence in this team right now but this is a winnable game, the place will be rocking regardless.

Wasn’t his charges dropped? Also weren’t you just complaining the bombers didn’t pick up Anthony Bennet or Habba? I’d take a flyer on Houston. I don’t think he’s outstanding or anything but he’s more then serviceable in a pinch and if guys like Kelly and Lemon get a second chance I think he deserves one as well.

I know we got the holding call but damn Demski really needs to catch that one.
