Calls like Ladd's idiotic love tap are caught way more than blatant 'battling' in the playoffs. Just the fact that Kesler got called for a anything is amazing... he usually gets a free pass. Missing the too many men was brutal though. Jets powerplay seems to take momentum away... that's the real difference right now. Can't believe Chiarot sat and Enstrom played, Chiarot did a nice job beating up Kesler in game one - he'd be a great match up with Myers. Little was great on faceoffs but out first line is really being outclassed by Getzlaf-Perry overall.

Lindholm is 6'3. Enstrom was awful... Winning goal was all on him. Hesitating with his shots, no pressure on anyone deep in our zone, bad decisions... maybe its nerves. If you're talking about Vatanen, he's a scoring threat and a power play specialist. Toby is out killing penalties and going up against their big line. Not working.

Really seems like Ladd has a groin injury or something, he hasn't been himself for about 8-10 games now Enstrom is just too small to have on the ice against Getzlaf and Perry. Battling until Chiarot's penalty, not much hitting after that. Trouba and Chiarot were our only D to show up, Scheif line played well. Maybe Buff should be our third line winger...

To me, it sure looks like Subban is about to slash, possibly notices its Stone, adjusts his stick and two hands him. If the puck is right there and he has a scoring chance, Stone does not flail like he did. Play was in the corner, I think Subban thought the refs wouldn't notice. Old days were bad but the 'new' dirty - sneaky plays and over-acting - is pretty lame. That being said, its the playoffs... Subban is getting 9 mill to win the cup not to be nice.
