Decent game... refs and review really influenced it. Its now one minute since I stopped watching and I can hardly remember who won. Durant and Chapdelaine have no chemistry. Jennings very lucky to have Lulay in his corner.

Kovalchuk and Vanek are locker room poison. Selfish players. I'm not really sold on Doan tbh - I wouldn't sign any of the old guys... but at least Doan and Jagr have shown they can lead and could be a positive influence on rookies.

He's a more talented Drew Stafford - a floater and a finisher. I don't want to those guys. Only guys left to sign are guys who 'were' top six players 3-4 years ago and are now done. Dwight King would be a good gritty 3/4 liner. Purcell should rebound with the right team. I'd add Doan to this list - he might be the right guy for Connor-Roslovic-Doan on 3rd line

kind of wonder why Simonise is forced to wait for next year's draft because of a four game NFL suspension and these guys randomly declare eligibility... why not just make Simonise eligible after four games of the CFL season or something... More CFL randomness

Except its not. The kicker hit the uprights, that really doesn't have anything to do with outplaying them. Sask kicked our butts in the first half, bombers hung in and turned it on in the second. Exciting win but I still want to see what this team does against Calgary. I think they will raise the bar tbh... they seem to play to the level of their competition. Some concern that this was another slow start... but on the other hand, the half time adjustments really worked.

Its fun watching a team who stays in the game. So many years of the wheels coming off as soon as we were down... I don't think there's any sure thing this year - one way or the other. This team finds a way to win but does it the hard way.
