  1. Miller/Walters/MOS all need to be fired. We're 12 and 23 with these clowns. 7-22 over the past 29. We have no depth, not enough talent, are boring and honestly lack star talent.
  2. This is a horrible horrible thing. Sure, it's taken Doan 20 seasons to almost do what Dale did in 9.
  3. Williams-Price-Jackson-Sinopoli-Ellingston = a ton of cash in free agency. How many stay next year? Price was said to be making $200,000 when he was dealt from Calgary. Williams signed for the same. Jackson and Sinopoli have to both be making $150,000. That's $700,000 right there. Say $100,000 for Ellingston. Fair to assume at least one is not back next year? $465,000 for Burris. $160,000 for SirVincent Rodgers. That's almost 1.5 million for 7 players. Is Pruneau an FA in 2016? Evans?
  4. MOS was stupid enough to keep Marcel and his garbage offense. Reason enough to let him go, demonstration of a clear lack of judgement.
  5. So we win tomorrow or its over essentially.
  6. Iso, agree on Charest just why I think he appeals to many as a candidate. I think young, preferably female, central Canadian and relative unknown is the best bet for the Conservatives.
  7. Charest has the advantages of being from Quebec and being seen as more of a Progressive Conservative than a Reformer. They really need a young (35-49) female from Ontario.
  8. Winnipeg won 10 championships and played in 19 Grey Cups in their first 60 years. So basically, a Grey Cup win every six years and an spot in the game every 3 years. Since then, 5 losses. The Raiders were a perennial power from the late 60's to the late 80's early 90's, since then lots of bad football. We're the CFL's Raiders.
  9. The fact we keep rolling out Greg Peach is sad. How does a DE have 0 sacks?
  10. Michelle Rempel for Conservative leader? Young and female has to be a plus.
  11. A real OC, Andrew Harris and Bilikudi would be a big upgrade, just saying.
  12. I renewed for next season already. Its been frustrating the past three years however.
  13. It is clear the Doc and Marty messed up the timeline with their trip. Thus we get this reality instead of the one with hover boards, flying cars and the Bombers winning 8 Grey Cups between 1990 and today.
  14. Next year is year three. 8-10 baby.
  15. How is Catalon at running right into the middle of the field?
  16. 1. I think the Liberals rethink bringing in proportional representation after getting a majority with under 40% of the vote. 2. Brad Wall seemed like a good choice, too bad. 3. Is this new government illegitimate since they got under 40% of the vote as Harper did?
  17. Elvis is alive dagnabit. He's running a gas station in Iowa. Pumped my gas last time and made a mean peanut butter and banana sandwich.
  18. So who runs to replace Harper? Mulcair?
  19. A little surprised the Liberals are so close to a majority but what do I know.
  20. If they raise the GST back to 7%, that's another 14 billion to spend before you have a deficit. Too easy a move for them not to do it.
  21. In Canada, we need to stop funding what is essentially a false culture. We produce shows that the majority don't watch in the name of culture. You can get a grant to produce paintings, a second to hold a show for said paintings and then a third to buy the paintings you did since nobody wants to buy them. We have grants to produce books that don't sell and that libraries don't want due to space restrictions. If anything, we need to lessen or eliminate arts funding.
  22. You think they'd raise the CPP premium? After promising to restore the age 65 benefit and lowering EI? Not sure that would go over well. Supposedly Id save a few bucks in income tax under the liberals but I'm not sure their definition of wealthy is the same as mine I think they do raise CPP premiums. Wynne in Ontario said she's only doing her provincial plan since Harper wouldn't raise CPP premiums and JT is pretty tied into that wing of the Liberals. Many progessives have raised the issue of Canadians not having enough in retirement including Justin. I think he lowers the age for OAS back to 65 and raises CPP premiums to expand CPP benefits.
  23. I think the Liberals win, leaning towards a majority for them at this point. So basically, I'm going to be paying more. I call CPP premium hike, carbon tax, GST hike within the first year. Book it.
  24. Joey Gregorish but only if he sings the Skittlebits song.
