Just some thoughts on all of this. Has anyone heard if Nichols has fully rehabbed the injury? Could we be releasing Nichols until FA and then possibly re signing as a back up if he doeant garner any interest? Can some of Collars's contract be some leftover cap space from 2019?

Can we sign Nichols then trade him to TO for a first rounder?

I am both glad this is done and scared at the same time. I was very quick to point and laugh at Sask for signing him last year and said he needs to just retire to protect what he has left up there. I really really hope he can shake the injury bug because I think hes a great QB. Also he is the only undefeated QB in Bomber history! (This might not be true but I cant think of another QB to be undefeated in Blue and Gold lol)

Which is fine. But isnt OC the only role needing to be filled? I suppose if they promote buck its OC and QB coach. Is there any other position needing to be filled?

Could be a lot worse. We could have lost the GC and lost all of these players...... I'm ok with players finding bigger and better opportunities as long as they know where home is if they come back 😁

Ah yes. But now he has much more of an expanded role on ST. On top of his 9yrds rushing he will have 9 ST tackles . Very worthwhile in their opinion 🙄

Well. They are calling it a lucky run and lucky grey cup win. And that everyone wanted O'Shea gone 3 weeks before the playoffs. Aside from the few idiots who wanted everyone gone the majority never wanted O'Shea going anywhere. They also think he only re-signed because Toronto didnt want him and wanted Dinwiddie.....the delusion is growing at such a rapid rate over there.

One of the biggest knocks I think Lapo had when he was HC with the Bombers was it was too much for him trying to run the Offence and be a HC. He has been a good OC and even made me a believer this year. But let's see what he does as a HC again. Hes going to need a lot of help me thinks. Also congrats to Coach Lapo.

I think if Lapo goes Buck is promoted and I am fine with that. He knows the game really well and can read defences. He also has the benefit of learning under Lapo for a few years. Might be some early learning hiccups but deserves a shot.
