It is dumb to wait that long. That means it will be for all of 3 home games. Not a chance they make a home playoff at this point. Why not make it right away or within 2 weeks to allow everyone to get vaxxed and wait the 2 weeks.

Agreed! I see a 1-1 split with home field being the advantage in both games. But the Riders are definitely a good team. And I hate having to say that lol.

Lawler had at least 2 in the hands and dropped them. I believe there was 3 drops in total and a few last week. Those are the ones you gotta catch. If they are thrown behind him or at his feet and bouncing off the hands trying to make a tough catch I’d give him a break. He does make some great catches don’t get me wrong. But he needs to hang on to those easy ones.

Lawler needs to get over the case of the droppsies or he’s gonna be droppsied off the team.

As I mentioned in the game chat and here. It likely wasn’t used in any hurtful way (I hope it wasn’t). It just looked extremely bad. Players these days get fined for the most ridiculous things. He didn’t do it after that and may have been warned by the coaching staff or it was just a one off thing.

If you watched the BC game. It looked like He flashed the white power sign after his second FG. We discussed it in the game chat. It may have been nothing lol.

I see him ending up in BC. I know they now have Jimmy “White Power” Camacho but they would drop him in a heart beat for Lirim. But would like to see him back here if we go with a 2 kicker system again.

Finally home and had a chance to watch the game. Bombers O came out Flat with a capital F in the first. They had no business even playing in this game. The D overall played well enough to win this so no issues there. The things that really stood out was the amount of field position we were giving up on kick offs and punts. The Argos were starting between their 30-50 (or better) every drive. The DPI against Daniels late in the second that would have been an interception was a bit weak. Daniels should be a soccer player after that performance. This then leads to a late TO TD (which always burns me giving up those late TDs before half). The hit on Daniels for me was again questionable. He didn’t lead with his helmet and was making a tackle. I do think he should have played the ball and not gone for the hit but I didn’t think the hit was clean. In the end special teams and offence cost us this one. It’s been said that 2 of 3 need to play well to get you the win. Not too worried about the loss. TO has a good team and I am glad we are done playing them. Fix the slow start and the hiccups on special teams and we should take Calgary on Sunday.
