I can't remember Lapos play calling but it couldn't of been as bad as MB dealing with the blitz.

Capicotti is the only big name. Lawrence is not even a starter...hardly a huge name. Good utility guy on offense.

Dressler, Smith, Messam and Chick are better then the guys you replaced them with. You replaced all star level talent for above average depth.

In the end do the Riders have more talent now then what they had at the end of last season? IMO that answer is no.

In fairness to Riderfans.com ... for the few forum threads that I checked out they were pretty positive about Ryan Smith and did say the Blue made some good moves. I think only a vocal minority of people on that site is making the more foolish comments.

Myers is not going anywhere .... that name should be left out for any fantasy trades.

Laing and Capicotti both are very good and would be definitely a boost in talent for them. I'd rather they both go elsewhere. Gutting the defense made 100% sense to me.... Pretty much any name DB is an improvement and Sherritt is still out there... so still time for them to improve

This isn't Taman like signings.... we didn't over spend by 50 - 100 to get a short term player... we didn't lose any draft picks either and most of the guys we signed are young.

Buck was an above average QB... I would say he had a Jason Maas like career. Didn't reach the same ceiling as Khari , just one level lower IMO.

We didn't over pay for anyone we are doing fine. Still lots of talented guys we can pick up for depth

Just heard on the radio that huff took a cheap shot on us? Hasn't BC signed more guys then us? Also they said that Moore signed for multi years , Chad Owens changed his twitter account to a pic of a lion and that Cummings is still being looked at.

Keeping is an upgrade over Picard so no problem for me with that signing

Those guys are going to get flipped also to other teams... massive salary dump for the Leafs.

This is a huge trade... mainly for the salary dump by the Leafs.
