Team looked completely unprepared, caught with their pants down many a times. Guys who usually make big plays on defense ended up getting burned. Lots of missed tackles. Outcoached. Shot themselves in the foot several times in the first half. For some reason they kept giving the rock to Flanders instead of Harris early on.

I only watched the first half.. I'd give a ball to Denmark, Santos- Knox and the refs for missing so many blatant holds.

Hall is definitely gone in the off season, I don't see any reason why they would bring the guy back? The defense is way to passive with all that talent. Lankford... well he did no favours for himself tonight. Bring in the next guy who wont' give away an easy int like he did late in the 2nd.

A great way to set the tone for the season. It seems like this club over the last 2 years has been constantly chasing and digging themselves out of holes. It seems like every week the media and fans are expecting this team to take control and to dominate and to get over the hump... after so many years it's kind of hard to stay optimistic.

It's only game one... but still they really can't lean on the excuses this season. I would find it funny though if someone were to accumulate all the excuses that Maurice makes post game after each loss... it'd be funny to read the variety of excuses and how he crafts his words to appease the media for the dismal results.

I'd only trade for Jackson if Dressler is done for the year...

He hasn't played in 2 seasons, I expect very little from the guy.

I don't know about that... Roberts put the team on his back many times and carried our team to a lot of victories on his play alone. The guy would always somehow turn a dead play into a 30 yard gain.

I haven't followed the Jets closely over last season and this pre-season. But based on the guys from 1290 they seem to really put Tanev at the bottom of the list. Possibly lower then Hendricks. Is he really that much of a drag?

I think it moved a bit! I think the guy is way to inconsistent to really put the points on us.

Masoli is so erratic.. the guy can sit in the pocket and miss an easy throw... then he can avoid getting sacked and throw a bullet for a first down.

Bo Levi Mitchell, Messam, Ellingson ? If Glenn Suitor could vote he would be Ed Gainey since he brings him up nearly every 2nd play.

Aside from this past week, he had 143 yards in 3 games... I wouldn't say running for 50 yards per game as anything good.

I'm curious to see if the Riders can stop the run .... if the Argos defense shows up then they could put a beating on the green.

Higher security at hotels in Vegas won't make a difference. If a crazy person wants to take out a lot of people he will have a tonne of places that he can go to shoot up. What's stopping a guy from doing the same at a high school football game anywhere in the States or at a fair or really anywhere with a gathering of people.

Why the love for Gable? He's turrrrrrrible, he's crappy at blocking, goes down on first contact and has mediocre hands.
