In the last 5 years in my area at least a half a dozen walk in clinics have opened up and the ones that I have visited seem to be really fast, really clean and the service has been very good for myself. I haven't attended an ER much in my life, but the last time when my wife had a serious issue they pushed her right to the front of the line and we were in within 30 minutes. I did see lots of older people who seemed to be ok in the waiting room... didn't look like threatening to me at all. I have a friend who was a nurse at HSC and she noted the a lot of people went to the ER simply to keep warm, hang out, drink the hand sanitzer (before they removed them) and to try to score free meals and lodging for the night.

Are the scares more of the creepy scares or are they more of the scene is quiet and followed by a loud noise? I'm debating on bringing my wife but she tends to dig her claws in whenever she watches a scary movie with the cheap scare tactics. My arm cannot take the abuse lol..

I don't know about that. I'm pretty sure everyone in the league is looking at ownership and Reed as the fools... not Chaps and Thorpe. Thorpe's track record is really good, he will find work real fast.

No F'ning way would Lapo leave his situation for the dump of Montreal. Montreal is a bigger gong show then Saskatchewan was the last few years... I'm guessing Thorpe ends up as HC in Hamilton? If not them then maybe we have a shot?

Not a fan of the fat care article. One cannot control height... they can control weight. It's scientifically proven that being overweight causes both mental and physical issues in a person. We can't have doctors ignoring the major reason why they most likely are ill. Maybe the group can work on how to deliver or speak with over weight individuals on what they can do to make themselves better in a kinder less threatening way... but to completely avoid talking about the elephant in the room.... ridiculous.

On 1290 they had Pascal Vincent talking about some of the prospects. He spoke of Logan Stanley and made it very clear that they will be grooming him over the next several years before bringing him to the big leagues. He said Stanley will absolutely be an NHL player once he grows into his body and matures for a few years. Based off the coach who knows way more then any of us he would minimum be Tier 3. He's still very young. Comrie will be our starter in 3 years most likely. Way more upside then Hellebucyk.

I worked for Rod a long time ago, out of all the Bombers I've ever met over the years and spent more then a minute with... he by far was the one I liked the least. I'd best describe him as having an ego larger then Milt, intelligence of a Rider Fan, creepy/perv as Tillman and as rationale as Rod Pederson. I was not a fan of him at all. His dropped punt for Dallas in the play offs which cost them the game haunted him for his life. When he told the story you could tell it really was hard on him.

I watched the game... Tate held onto the ball long on a few plays, tossed in double coverage, and made a few nice plays. I was not impressed or scared, he seemed to like to throw rainbows across the field. Definitely a step down from Harris that's for sure. Ottawa just seemed to be completely disinterested until the 2nd half started when the D stepped up and started rushing Masoli. Hamilton looked good in the first quarter and hot garbage for the rest of the game. Masoli is absolutely terrible if any defenders rush him, I'd say if we have any pressure on him and can contain him that our defense would get a tonne of ints.

On the replay it shows the Rider player just barely hitting Adams leg. Since Adams was running full tilt the leg that was hit buckled and ended up kicking out his other leg.

On riderfans they claimed that the club gave out noise makers and that with the wind and other factors this is why we had a higher score...

IMO the moment Hogan joined the nWo it became crappy.... every Nitro and PPV were the exact same thing over and over again. DQ finish , spray paint, babyface joins the faction, nobody being put over aside from the old timers. The only thing I enjoyed from WCW was the cruiser-weights that put on fantastic matches.
