    This happens every season.... some team signs a few guys and apparently they are breaking the bank.

    Is it possible that a couple of the guys who re-did their deals may have been paid extra for last season (bonus money) and lesser for this year? Hasn't Walters done that before ?

    I won't fault them for signing those guys... I do have a bit of curiosity on why they over paid on guys who haven't proven themselves as of yet though.

    I heard on the radio that Dean was making near 250 000 last season... quite the pay cut! Walker was making 280 last season.... I don't see any team coming close to that.

    They lost two better players on the o line, lost walker, sj green, Edwards at receiver and a few decent guys on defense. I don't see the improvement from last year.

    Well up until I wrote that post the additions to the team were Nichols , Nevis, some crap Rider players and a whole lot of nothing. They took a step back on the o-line and receiver (until now with Daniels). I don't see any really big improvements by them. They cut a lot of decent players and haven't really replaced them with much.

    Ignoring the signing of Nichols... I'd say overall the Argos have taken a step back. I'm assuming they make a few more signings...

    I also think we are fine, but it would be beautiful to see Roosevelt sign cheap and then light it up with us. Purely to watch riderfans go nuts.

    The show was at it's best when Peterson was in charge and when each week it was a different case which focused on the science and how they analyzed and solved the crime. It was so annoying later on when they had over arching story lines that were far fetched and when each week one of the cast members would be involved in a crime and it was all drama and no science.
