Have any of you ever worked for the federal government and see how insane any contracts are? A few examples over the years that I've seen was..... $500 - $1000 to mount a 40" tv on the wall $4000 to change a door from swinging inward to outward $500 to add the hinge to make the door slow down $100 000 to take down a 30 foot non load bearing wall $50 000 for 12 desks to be installed (desks price included).... these desks are Office 2.0 desks so low height (no cabinets) and very small in dimensions and they are linked together. $1500 for each chair.... You get the idea.... you should see how insane the prices are on big new build projects.....

Such a stupid idea... how in the bloody hell would they know if I went one day and my wife goes the next day... if one day we go to Costco , next day to Superstore, third day to Sobeys.... The article suggests they can use loyalty cards and peace officers to track.... come on now. Some people live in some weird reality where they think these kinds of things are easy to implement.

Well in Japan after the nuclear meltdown I thought it was a bunch of older men who went in for the clean up to sacrifice themselves rather then getting the younger men sick.

I've read about her a few times on reddit (go figure) and apparently the lady has been really active in a bad way on social media since she has taken over. People have complained about the slides being in need of repair and causing injury and instead of providing a generic answer saying that they will do their best... she blames the kids and everyone else and shits on the people making a valid complaint.

Funny thing is that I know of some folks in Kenora who have come to Winnipeg to stock up (Costco run) so should they be banned from going back to the community since they have exposed themselves in the big city and could potentially bring back the disease?

Casey Printers career ended in Hamilton I thought? Brink succccccccccccked so many balls in the dirt skipping around. Jyles was under rated big time. Not a great QB but light years better then so many guys between him leaving and Nichols arriving.

I wouldn't suggest people are morons. To play devils advocate... could someone who does get sick not be transported back to Winnipeg? Also wouldn't the % be higher of being infected in Winnipeg as you are exposed to way more potential carriers? I understand limiting people from travelling and going on vacation... but to suggest people are morons because they rather be isolated somewhere nice then sitting in the city exposed to tonnes of other people I don't think is appropriate.

From listening to the Moose PBP guy, it sounded like Stanley took a big step 2 seasons ago , but then this season (the one that just was cancelled) he regressed. He kept talking about the organization being patient with him and willing to give him time to grow.

Elliott had confidence and didn't play scared which was a nice thing.... however I don't think he had the physical tools that Strev, McGuire and even Bennett had. I do think people over rate how good he could of been.

So how long before they join AEW ?

In fairness the residents of Pinawa are pisssssed at city folk as the last few years a lot of people have come to the area to go toobin' and have caused a lot of mess and issues with being drunk and littering and leaving the place a mess during summer. I think it's more then the COVID scare.

Jesse Ventura and Bobby Heenan were perfect heel commentators... I used to love the one liners and the justification they gave to the bad guys for doing what they did.
