Not everyone, I was watching the global stream and from what I watched it looked at about 80% of the people wearing masks. I definitely saw many faces and was trying to pick out if I recognized anyone. Absolutely nobody social distanced.

Gord Miller doesn't come across arrogant when he calls CFL games. Him and Matty have good chemistry and are my favorite duo to watch regardless of whatever teams are playing. I also don't really care about Miller having a face for radio and don't understand the importance of having an attractive PBP guy to call CFL games?

I would assume in broadcasting most people would work their way to the top? Wouldn't it be the entry level PBP needing to give them a chance?

Dustin Neilson did a good job last season , I assume he will only get better once he has more chemistry with whoever he ends up with. Suitor is decent when he's calling games that don't involve the Riders.

So you don't believe in the philosophy of hiring the best candidate available?

You don't think professional PBP guys can't call multiple sports? Tonnes of them already do it in the States? Hell Rod Black does it ! I'm going to say you and Noeller are dead wrong and take a hard stance on it. If Rod Black (who isn't great even ignoring the weird tangents he goes off on) can do it, then surely other professionals can do the same or better. I'm not saying hire a guy off the street, but I'm sure somebody would like a promotion to TSN if they are hiring.

You know this from experience? I have never done radio PBP but I'm pretty sure that if I were calling the Grey Cup I would be able to figure out how to say Harris takes the hand off for 6 yards instead of "Keith Urban you're my idol *slobber* *slobber*". Tonnnnnnnnnnes of PBP guys do multiple sports it's not that hard. Football I'd imagine being easier since it's far slower then Hockey/Basketball.

And unlike WCW .... I'd assume AEW is it's own separate entity so no suits are going to interfere with it even if business isn't very profitable. As for NFL owners.... I assume once more of the dinosaur old white guy owners die off and the club gets passed down to family or to businesses.... maybe then the owners will be more supportive?
