It wouldnt surprise if he will not. At this point I would rather have the Bombers carry another DB to give Fogg some rest after his run. Although with the way Nicholls & co is playing Fogg will get his rest from the sidelines.

That's not on Walters though.. that's for the coaches. Hes contribution on that part is what I said in point in 1 (Goossen, Chungh & Couture) and 2 (Bond & Hardrick - although he's not a CFL rookie)
