Aside from Bombers good fortunes, I've decided the thing I want most is to see Hamilton beat Edmonton this weekend for this reason. Man, I don't know an Als organization without Jim Popp....so crazy. It's definitely a new era for them...

I was 6 at the time...I don't remember a lot about that 86 blizzard. Growing up in Pinawa, the high school is in the middle of town, and there was an elementary school at either end of it. At the time, nobody from out of town was allowed to attend, so there were no buses and there was really no reason to miss classes no matter what. It took a little longer, but we all got there...walking or whatever...

jets overall team D is a shambles right now, thanks in large part to injuries. Once they start getting some bodies off the IR on the back end....things will improve and all of a sudden people will be posting about how good their goalies are.
