I am pretty sure this money is from the team's share of the 50/50's.
I think I paid for a couple of the helmets.

They are building a new neighborhood where 20000 will be living, with 300000 sf of commercial retail space and lots of green space.
They have completed the sewer, water and hydro infrastructure as well as some of road ways.
Actual construction is supposed begin this spring (or may have started already).
People will begin to move in next year.

There are restaurants, coffee shops, pubs being being build at the old Southwood golf course.
They are part of what is probably the largest current development in the city.
  9. Thanks

My understanding is that they intend the tailgaters to use the 2nd stall for their chairs, BBQ etc. So, in actuality there will be room for one vehicle.
Its not like in Winnipeg where there are areas for lots of fans to set up on the grass in front of their vehicles.

Collaros received two separate $100,000 offseason bonuses as scheduled on January 1 and January 15. Under his old deal, he would have earned an additional $400,000 in base salary, bringing his total earnings to an even $600,000.
However, Collaros’ new contract will now pay him $300,000 in base salary. That came with a $50,000 signing bonus, maxing out at $550,000 in hard money. The 13-year veteran remains the CFL’s third-highest-paid QB behind Nathan Rourke at $684,000 and Chad Kelly at $625,000 for the upcoming campaign.

watch him be an early cut, then still sit for an nfl shot lol

strange for a one year deal, unless he really just took less. Wouldn’t had to do that if we didn’t hand him another deal for elite money after not being more than average at best for two years.
