Sounds like some of you really need to re-priorize your priorities.  I make $67/hr. sitting in my Mom's basement typing on the Internet, chatting on the phone and eating pizza, the biggest challenge of my day is deciding when to actually put my cloths on....

game starts at 4:00 pm here, which is the regular "cocktail hour" in Kelowna anyway so no big deal for me....

I have caught practice nearly every day that I can during a quick bite.  I watch for maybe 30 minutes, but I can tell you, that if you're observant enough, there is A LOT that you can catch going on that I'm sure many would at least sit back say, "Interesting."
 
For example, who here knows that since Marve doesn't get very many reps in practice that he spends 20-30 minutes post practice, running roll-outs and tossing balls all over the field with Jhomo Gordon?  How about that we have had a half-dozen other guys taking turns kicking field goals?  Does anyone here even know now that Kohlert has practiced all week with the 1s?
 
There is a lot you can say in a couple of sentences to give people something other than "nice catch this, and bad drop that."

Am I the only one irritated by this garbage? It's one thing for them to do an awful job of covering the practices that they're assigned to, but when they get to the point where they're openly mocking it ... it just annoys me.

Drew Willy is chucking darts, and the #Bombers are a heathy group throughout the entire roster. Only those on 6-game not practicing today.

 

 

No excuses this week. I hope they get their protection issues sorted out because Hamilton laid a bit of a blueprint on how to attack this offense. And I don't expect the Als are going to respect this team, the offense or the offensive line until the Bombers demonstrate they can handle extra pressure.

The number of hot starts turning to crappy falls we've had recently, I'm more than happy to sit and wait for a team to play .500 ball as it grows together and starts to click around Labour Day. People really gotta chill. This site sucks after a loss....

You're missing one important piece to that puzzle - they wouldn't let him anywhere near the field even to be a decoy if it was as serious as people thought it was.

if there's no symptoms though then he's probably fine. That's the thing about concussions is they're all over the map. Little bump on the head might put a guy out for months but a big shot might not have that much of an effect. I trust the doctors to make the correct call here because it's such a hot button issue these days. 

Lead with the crown of his helmet, whether Willy was standing straight up, on knees, on the ground, being held up by and opponent, sliding head first, that is a penalty pure and simple. Add that an injury took place the league needs to look at the play. If the ticat would of hit him will his face mask we wouldn't be having this conversation today

I never noticed when the game was on TV, but if you look at the score that TSN puts up during the kickoff in the 1st quarter, they spotted SK a 6 point lead before the game even started.

This is part of the big problem with TSN. They decide on a story line before the game starts and gotta stick to the script on that. It's bullshit because the game unfolding before us should be the only story line they need. Treating the audience like imbeciles and I hate it. 

It's sometimes hard to avoid.  
 
The Friday night game, the one where Ottawa was honoring the soldier that got killed out of Parliament.  Everybody Canada wide  was going to wear red in honor of him.  Rider fans thought Green would have been more appropriate..cause you know..Green is Canada's colour.

Jhomo Gordon says hello - he's an incredibly impressive prospect for his age.

Look I'm a believer in this team, I think we got the potential to contend for the West this year, I think we can go up against the Stampeders and Eskimos and be competitive and even win, hell I think our talent is good enough to win the Grey Cup.  O'Shea's doing a great job and I love tonight and love this team.
 
But come on, someone sees an area they get concerned about, they should not be knocked for it.

Veltung got robbed too. Really don't care for those has nothing to do with an exciting play penalties and I'm just gonna say it. Thought the sask receiver got away with a blatantly obvious hold on Washington on messams big td run.

I don't think it should be too much of a problem. He's a pretty seasoned vet that should know his way around a playbook.
