I am shocked and disgusted that the Alouettes waited all this time to announce their cuts. They should not have needed this much time to make their decisions. Classless. Indecisive. Terrible. Also - looks like no one as yet has been able to ascertain what is going on with Michael Sam, or whether he will return.

If you were someone with years and years of actual football coaching and management experience saying this, your opinion might have some validity to it. As it stands, you don't have a clue how long it takes to make decisions like this. So stating this as a fact just makes you look like someone who is complaining for the sake of complaining with no actual credibility backing your opinion.

If the Bombers had announced their cuts yesterday morning, there would be Tburg complaining that the Bombers had a FULL DAY left to evaluate and pulled the trigger way too fast, showing that they just aren't giving all of the players enough attention and are now throwing out babies with the bath water. One thing I always find with serial complainers is that no matter what the situation, they will not be happy. I don't know why you would want to live in a perpetual state of unhappiness, but some people are just wired that way.

Tuinei didn't blow me away when watching him in that Argo game. That being said, none of the receivers really did.

LOL on Sunseri. Still remember sitting around the pool at the Marriot in Maui last year while 20 Rider fans cranked up the game on the internet, chasing away all of the people from the pool, and sat around arguing about how fast Sunseri was going to break Calvillo's records, and how they would prefer him starting over even Ricky Ray...good times...good times...

I wouldn't be averse to that, but perhaps Lapo isn't wild about going back to the booth as an assistant. Who knows. He's got, what, about 10 kids now so he will need to be bringing home the bacon somehow. I can't imagine a part-time gig with TSN is really huge bank.

This has to be the most heart-breaking example of the rouge being used to beat the Bombers, in almost their entire history: Of course the Riders went on to choke in the Grey Cup against Hamilton.

It's how our society has been moving for at least a generation now. The CFL was just ahead of its time. Now, instead of a point for missing the FG, how about this? The entire ST group is giving participation ribbons, and taken out for pizza and sodas after the game. I don't even think keeping score is relevant, its that the players had fun is all that matters.

That's a shame, would have liked to see other teams keep crappy players around. That's why I am hoping Cauchy hangs on as starting safety in Edmonton. It will be fun to watch him bounce off of Tuinei as he lopes into the end zone.
