Lions @ Eskimos
Bombers could easily have had another 7 points in their last drive if they hadn't gone into victory formation.

2019 NHL Draft
Hey Chevy....I was just kidding about trying to be like St. Louis and building a team of players all from one country...heh heh...I get why you might be a bit choked with the US right now after the Trouba situation...but....yeesh...

What I found funny was that in the TSN fantasy this week, Sask had the most expensive D. Why?

2019 CFL Season: Around the League
This thread is turning into a Bill Brasky-esque take on Michael Bishop's playing career....

2019 CFL Season: Around the League
I once saw Michael Bishop scissor-kick Angela Landsbury.

2019 CFL Season: Around the League
ha yeah though other than Odell Beckham I don't see who would have caught that pass that Ralph dropped. It was humming at 90 miles an hour and thrown behind him. Those were Dieter Brock-like throws.

LOL - at the .55 mark: Gord Miller: Matt, when did you get conservative? Matt Dunigan: When Michael Bishop was my quarterback. HAAA HAAA

2019 CFL Season: Around the League
First order of business in turning around a franchise, get a product on the field people want to watch. No one wants to plunk down $50 to watch a bunch of losers. Unlike Winnipeg though, the fanbases in most cities won't sit through and tolerate mediocrity and just keep supporting the team anyway. They want to see winners. So fix the product on the field first.

Around The NHL 2018/2019
what I find hilarious about this statement is that it is coming from the guy who at one time was telling us that we should be looking at drafting Poolparty ahead of Laine....

Ehlers on the block
This guy doesn't seem to like the Jets very much... Montreal should take advantage of Winnipeg’s mistakes and trade for Nikolaj Ehlers The Jets are spiraling toward a directionless disaster, and Montreal should pounce. There does not seem to be much positive news on the front of re-signing Patrik Laine. The Finnish sniper heads into contract discussions this summer. While his situation is very unique, the lack of real news on this is slightly concerning, especially given his struggles this year for long stretches. Normally this could be downplayed as normal, but tough contract talks between the two sides and recent Jets moves cast a long shadow over this situation. Jacob Trouba was just traded to the New York Rangers for a 2019 first-round pick and bottom-pairing defenceman Neal Pionk. That’s it. Not only is it an underwhelming return for arguably the Jets’ most valuable asset, but according to Elliotte Friedman, other teams offered better deals, and this is what Kevin Cheveldayoff decided on. To cap all of this off, according to The Athletic’s Pierre LeBrun, the Jets are also listening to offers on star winger Nikolaj Ehlers. Quite frankly, if the Winnipeg Jets are hell-bent on trading all of their best young assets away, Marc Bergevin should put in a call and see if he can’t wrest the Danish speedster away from Manitoba. Ehlers is one of the Jets’ best forwards, and one of the few who seemed to spark any life in the offence when he was in the lineup. A big part of Winnipeg’s slump came with the Danish winger on the IR after suffering an injury, and by the time he returned it seemed far too late to pull the ship back on course. https://www.habseyesontheprize.com/2019/6/19/18683217/nikolaj-ehlers-trade-rumours-montreal-canadiens-winnipeg-jets-kevin-cheveldayoff-marc-bergevin

Around The NHL 2018/2019
Let's do like the Blues and focus on building a team all from one country. If we add Poolparty and that Looney guy we just signed makes it we are only 15 players away from making that happen! Maybe we can get Armia back while we are at it. Maybe the Preds want to salary dump Rinne?
