Costco (Regent) had some AAA 2 packs of tri tip for $44-50 today. Pretty good deal overall.

Depends on what part of the city. Boulevard Meats in Southdale and sometimes Coop stores. Price is sometimes the obstacle more than anything, shouldn’t run $19.99/lb but has at times this year.

Might have to search for a good price on TriTip, can always leave it running in the sous vide and then just charcoal sear to finish. Likely sheet pan of a tater tot street corn medley thing as a side. Hard to say right now, have a b!tch of a work week to get through first.

In my mind Banjo Bowl this year was louder. I think the cold air burns out some voices faster, mine was giving out last night and the single sided clapper wasn’t much help (damn non cold resistant plastic).
