Problems, we got a lot, but Thomas and roster management is way down the list. Start with Collaros, thinking he's still got the arm he used to have, throwing into tight spots and getting picked off. Then Jefferson, who used to take over games, but can only shows flashes now. Then whoever made the decision to let Lawler go and rely on broken down Schoen. Add in the guys who decided that our OC could learn the job on the fly instead of getting a real OC in and that everyone should get another chance instead of bringing in new talent. I worry that getting into the playoffs because we played a team that didn't need a win and won a game where we completed 3 freaking passes and Edmonton started the wrong QB at the beginning of the season, is going to tell those in charge that everything's OK so they bring back the old guys for one more kick at the cat. What we really need to do is to get rid of the expensive ex stars who aren't worth what we are paying them, work free agency with the cash we saved, and bring in a lot of new faces.

I like the way Wilson throws, but let's pump the brakes guys. He threw for 79 yards and played most of the game.

BC puts up 30 points a game, so they can afford to allow 29 and still win.

Last 4 weeks BC held CGY to 23 & 24, TOR to 22, and OTT to 27. Their big problem right now is the number of penalties they're taking.

What do the D stats look like over the last month? That's when BC finally started to play decent D.

The Bombers had an amazing game that reminded us of what they looked like just a couple of years ago. To think this is the new normal is some magical thinking. IMO we're still the cross-over team this year.

Did they change where converts are kicked from? If not, then they just became 15 yards longer. I like the change to the rouge, I've been suggesting it for years. No need or advantage to changing to a 100 yard field. Nice to see all end zones the same size. One of the most exciting plays in the CFL is the return off of the missed FG. I'm sorry to see it go. The most exciting part of most CFL games is the last 3 minutes when the clock is stopped. They should keep it. We will finally find out if it's been the rules that are keeping the younger generation away from the stadiums. Hint: It's not.

Edmonton's played well enough to win for 58 minutes of the last two games. Add the last two and they're winners.

Edm losses two in a row on last minute drives with walk off FG's. They are really close to being a winning team.

We won cuz Ottawa couldn't kick a 40 yard FG and Brown overthrew 2 receivers to Allen who was playing centre field.
