Had to prune this thread a bit. Let's keep it classy and not drag ourselves down to their level. -
Rider fans are pigs, and their organization is trash

LOCKED. There is already ample discussion on this topic. Let's keep it respectful here, even when CFL people don't. -
We wouldn't be the first large mammal to run out of resources.

Booch hyperbole...you can't unread it.

Yep, he used to drop in deep balls with the best of them.

1 million people projected at the stampede - sounds like it's over for more than just the government.

Sometimes you take a shot at an unlikely winner. If it works, you leapfrog the standings

His knees are just barely off the turf, and the ball is clearly below his knees. It could be that it never touched the ground, but the odds are more likely that it did. And I guess the second question is: did Banks wrestle ball out after Houston was down?
-
Ok, fair enough. The ball might touch the ground there (yes, I meant 1:05) but it's not conclusive. But keep watching at that point, you can see Banks grab it from between his knees, and it sure appears to touch the ground.

Week 5 - Back to Back Champs at Lions - Week of thread

Time to generate some hyperbolized press clippings -
The spot on third down was an incorrect call So was the touchdown. The angle where you see Houston from behind, you can see the ball touch the ground, right before his jersey covers the sight angle.
-
Yeah, there is no available body part, to keep the ball off the ground, Houston is lying on his side.
-
A consistent deep threat forces a D to commit more players to downfield coverage. Net result is fewer guys applying pressure up front.

Just not working for me this year... Nathan Rourke
-
The ball is on the turf underneath Houston, before Banks takes it away.
-
It was either a pick or an incomplete pass. It's impossible for that ball to be a TD. There is no argument.
-
The OL should still be very good, in spite of the losses. I don't know if it's the running backs, as they had some good games without Harris last year. I am almost inclined to think it might be the lack of big threats in the receiving corps - opposition is focussing more on the line of scrimmage.
-
They have Stella Artois - all requirements met

Can we do a horse **** honk? I still can't believe the command centre called that a TD.
