So do we have the 20th pick or no? I'm confused.

Could be they just opted to go in another direction after a change of heart. Either way, super unfortunate to hear about Ian. But if this means he ends up back in the CFL, I sure hope he wants to be back here!

Don't mean to run down your post, because I'm not saying you are wrong. But how does that quote indicate Walters has a good grasp on Kris Bastien? I mean, of course he does. He should have a good grasp on every national player between the ages of 16-40. But how does a complimentary quote about him after they JUST traded for him prove that?

I asked Darren Cameron if they could name that guy and he said league policy prevents them from it, but he said if they ever signed him, it'd be mentioned that he was acquired in this deal.

It's funny ... I remember over the past few months, we've all been talking about maybe trading Watson. So many of us (myself especially) were shooting down the hope of ever being able to get a 2nd rounder for Watson. Thank you Taman!

Unloading salary before it gets you in a crunch is what prevents other general managers from leaning on you in negotiations. This is exactly the type of stuff everyone loves about Wally Buono as a GM.

For all those who wanted to know about Bastien (also, PAGING NOELLER) This is what one of the smarter guys on RF said about him

I really don't see us going OL in the first round now, if we have 4 picks in the top 20. You could go skill position at 2nd overall and draft 2 OL with the 11/15/20th picks and still come out with a great haul. Really depends on how things shake down at the combine, though.

He was making "I'm a starting Canadian receiver on my 3rd CFL contract" money. AKA a lot.

Cory Watson and the 26th overall draft pick in 2015 for 15th overall in 2015 and Kris Bastien. I like it.

Watt would be good. I'd say Sinopoli over Watt but I feel like him going to Ottawa is just a foregone conclusion.

I'm going to go with 19-15

So was I Still hope for Ellingson or EJ.

John Chiles signed with the Chicago Bears.

Former USC safety Demetrius Wright ... really like the look of this guy as a potential SAM

I'd describe myself as a casual observer. I spend a decent amount of time each week reading dirtsheets and results, just in case ... but I don't watch much anymore. Here's what I felt was wrong with the Rumble. - Awful storytelling. When the Wyatt Family reunited in the ring, it was kind of a cool moment. Until they had Bray and Harper turn on Rowan after like what ... 10 seconds? What was the point? Build that a bit more, use Rowan to do your bidding a bit (since you so easily manipulated him) and THEN turn on him. Pointless. - They sandbagged Ziggler, Cesaro, Ryback and Ambrose. Just awful booking. Made them look incredibly weak. - Incredibly predictable final 3 (or 4, whatever) and in 2015 if Kane / Big Show are in the final four of a Rumble ... you're doing it wrong. How are we supposed to believe either of them had even a minute chance? - Daniel Bryan. It's like they purposely made him look weak just to piss off the crowd. Eliminate him early, go ahead. I even get the idea of not having him in there very long if he's still not 100% health wise. But at least make his elimination more memorable. Yep, can't disagree with any of that. Except the Wyatt stuff. I don't think it was intended to be a reunion. I thought Rowan was coming down to fight them both. I thought so too. Then it looked like for a moment, they were going to reunite. Then it looked like Harper and Rowan were going to go after Bray. Then they attacked Rowan instead. It just made no sense. Total cluster****

I've been to the theatre for a Rumble and a WrestleMania a few years ago. Don't really watch wrestling very often. Can't stand it much anymore. Watched the Rumble yesterday at a friend's house. Cineplex doesn't really make all that much financial sense unless you're in a group of three or less. Tickets are $15 now. But it's an option.

Brackenridge back in Saskatchewan.

Cineplex.

Do players hesitate to sign in BC? Wally is 100 times more ruthless than Taman could ever be. Did Tedford hesitate to sign after Wally micromanaged the last coach out the door, and then fired him in a window opportunity so they didn't have to pay him? I think this Foley thing is just a surprise because Taman isn't seen that way around the league. Foley did. Wait ...

278 additional seats. If I understand what I've heard correctly, they're basically stripping down the current LED ribbon, extending the overhang of the 300 level over the suites a bit and using that space to add 278 more seats. They'll add the new ribbon to the face of those seats.
