Overall TSN needs to improve..it's not just the panel it's the skits the play by play the interviews etc. My 2cents... We need new blood and bit of a new spin on the play by play, the stories and conversations etc. have gone too far, they IMO almost overwhelm the broadcast. A quick fact or two or a story line adds to a broadcast but it's overdone as it is now We need more insight/knowledge on the play by play, not just Suitor saying some basic insight like they may want to gamble on 3rd here. We should get some actual analytics etc. to go with it Interviews are great, but TSN is terrible at timing them and many are awkward ala our Grey Cup country star The panel needs to have fun, I get it, but it's forced goofiness that's over the top, have some fun but tone it down a few levels. Spend more time IMO on the game and stats, analytics, coaching insights, standings etc. and without the screaming Finally improve the replays, and when we have a challenge work with the CFL to have some reasoning, the back off a couple guys heads is terrible TV

BC is in a tough spot regarding QB...IMO they screwed up.... My reasoning is VAJ was the best QB early in the season, he had chemistry and that offence looked very good Vaj got "knicked" but not even really injured Rourke gave up on the NFL and all the stress and unknowns feeling he never really got a fair shake and BC went all in on him BC then rushed him into a starters role and ALL the media went googoo He faltered and has been pulled a few times....that cannot be good for confidence of a guy who just went through all the stresses of his NFL aspirations and then had zero time to decompress physically and more importantly mentally Rourke has been traded, bounced around in the NFL, then rushed into game action in the CFL, he still has not found chemistry or success, he went from top of the mountain to the valley multiple times, he refused an interview and his media star dimmed a bit All this while VAJ got healthy and relegated to back-up...again...he did everything right for BC and it still wasn't good enough he still ended up second fiddle..... but Campbel puts him in when he pulls Rourke and it turns into a disaster...the chemistry is no longer there...why because Rourke and VAJ are different people and now his teammates have half or less time with him at practice, they have adapted to a Rourke ball etc....and this further adds to VAJ's emotions and mental stresses VAJ is an emotional guy it's no secret he has always had the physical gifts; it was his peaks and valleys and mental aspects holding him back in his early career...what Campbel's is doing to him is possibly the worst possible thing he could be doing to him after he finally seemed to have himself a peak physical and mental condition So here we are a couple weeks from preseason and BC may not even host a home playoff game...VAJ looks to be frazzled and to have lost his MOJO, Rourke has struggled and signs are there that he is flustered This was a team that under VAJ appeared to be running away with the West, now a team with two great QB's playing poorly...talk about diminishing returns....and it's all the fault of management This isn't even taking into account the SMS this season and future potential concerns....although I think a team will pay big for VAJ, and BC will probably come out OK in the offseason with a trade

Yes, we don't really have the option to let our foot off the gas.....maybe the final week.... I really want the West final here, PAS is such a tough place to play for opposing teams, especially when the weather turns Hopefully non off the injuries were significant last week T.O is a good team, it will not be an easy feat to beat them, but I truly feel if we play disciplined football, we should beat any team especially at home in what looks to be very close to another sellout....

Watch the Lapo video, the only time Ford got positive yards with his feet, was when Jones was fundamentally out of position. You can see him leave his spot and he got burnt......my point is that we had such a focus on Ford and rightfully so as one mental lapse and a couple steps up is all it takes for him to make something happen as in the play I highlighted. We had such a focus on being assignment sound due to Ford having the ability that he does we at times didn't "react" to the running back...it's a catch 22 as if we did that even once, Edm. would have exploited it. We at times look like we had guys "standing" around, but they were actually playing the long game and winning in the field chess match. So yes we gave up runs, but I contend we gave up many of those yards due to the "Ford" factor. MBT is a very different type of QB, one we scheme differently against as would every other team, so it would make sense that with MBT in the Elks run game would be less as DT pointed out. The running backs are not worse when MBT plays it's that defences have schemed differently. Now in saying that Rankin ran hard and broke a few tackles he will get yards the guy has talent, and IMO that o-line played really well last game, I was surprised how physical and aggressive they played us last week. The key IMO is to get Brady involved like we did last game, try to have long sustained time eating drives when we are on offence. Play chess and wear them down so in the fourth we can control the game and the clock again. As Suitor loves to point out, when a D-lineman has his hands on his hips he is tired...lol.....MBT will make plays, against a cagey vet like him or Harriss or BLM the best thing you can do is dominate time of possession, and keep them off the field. my 2 cents.....

And I believe Schmek has the ability to be a great jumbo package utility guy

Regarding MLB, let's hope Jones plays like he did last week for the rest of the season and makes the decision going into next year at MLB an easy one.

Regarding Wilson, guy looked so good at times, but I fear it is time to move on.....sad but his body just doesn't seem to able to hold-up..... We will need someone to replace his roster spot, an American spot, one would assume it would be an American along the D-line, Lucky was laboring a fair bit last game especially late in the game, his speed is his best attribute and whatever ailment he has is def. affecting his speed. He still has had good ball security, but I would love to see him be able to play full speed.... I don't think we had any serious injuries, and I don't think anyone really stood out in a bad way...so I would expect almost the same roster this week.....A D-lineman for Wilson especially if MBT is announced as the starter, and possibly Case for Lucky if Lucky did up his injury late last game....barring any surprises that would seem the most likely all...

Ejected from a game in the CFL for throwing fists, suspended for confronting a fan in the indoor league....wow this guy has Riders all over him, Room him up with the "Rock" All kidding aside, it's nice the see that Edm. seems to have some accountability without Jones. Not sure how Jackson will do as a HC, but Edm. seems to be playing physical, hard and spirited after he took over, but IF they cross the line it appears they have consequences now. Time will tell if he develops into a good HC or not....

IMO, it is only a matter of time till "Rock"slips up......but can't take away the game he had....very, very good... Dickenson has some real problems brewing clearly..rumours of vets and young guys fighting is troubling Edm. has improved without Jones doing everything......and they played with physicality...whew that o-line played hard and to the line all game.....Im not sold on Ford, he is athletic as all get-up yes, but MBT IMO is teh better QB, let's see what they do this week? BC IMO has ruined Adams at least for this season, I think he is a very emotional guy and I just don't see him getting outta his own head for the rest of the year, and it's squarely on Campbels shoulders. Rourke has plummeted back to earth hard, I just don't see that QB room as a happy kumbaya place the media is trying to sell us on I do believe we are the only team in the west as of today that doesn't have at least a partially fractured locker room....

Ya BA did 80% of that play well....but misjudged it and well the rest was history...oops...however Ford should have been in Gino's hip-pocket, Ford actually bit on the "run" and let Gino go. I believe he has been bitten twice on the flea flicker this season, don't think that Edm. didn't have that drawn up off something they saw in Ford on film... BA has come on in the last bit, I don't think he is playing all-star like he has in the past, but his veteran know how does help us.....Biggie I mean one of the best ever and very "football" smart, but his body just doesn't seem to let him do it at the same level any longer...it happens to everyone, you can't beat age..... Jones and Ayers both looked good last week...

Not sure why, but to me Lawler and Zach seem to be out of sync..... Not sure what it is, but hopefully they can figure it out.

I will throw a bit of love to the job we did containing Ford.....I know on here the D-line gets a rough ride....but this game they did keep Ford from getting the edge....so props to that Brady was great Our LB's were very active and did some great things Our D backfield was very good Suitor was intolerable most of the game

Wow they run thin on depth on offence, and defensive backfield and heavy on Dline and LB

I like it..... Edm. goes to BC for the Western semi, BC pulls out a win at home then comes to Wpg. for the Western final and Rourke folds in the cold and wind.......and we finally get to see Zach play a GC in a heated enviroment....yep works for me...

IF Lucky can't go, I don't want to risk Holm on returns. So it would make sense that Case and Augustine will be back there, IMO........but maybe that spot is better to have an extra LB on this week with Edm. run ability??

Heck I will settle for a football painted with a face like "Wilson" over Suitor, it would add as much value to the broadcast......

Just did quick math....so if someone finds an error by all means call me out on it....but....my quick math tells me if we win 3 of our remaining 5 games BC or Sask. would have to run the table to finish in first ahead of us, if we win 4 of our final 5 no one can catch us Like I said previously with our crowd and our weather PAS is really, really tough place to come into in playoffs...finish first and make it extremely difficult for one of BC, Edm. or Sask. to go through us at PAS, We control our final 3rd of the season with a great chance at 1st....who would thought in the 1st 3rd of the season we would even be talking about 1st

Kenny had the mental aspect of his suspension, and all the legalities and costs related of his DUI to work through, then a couple longer term injuries including broken bones. I get he is a pro, but that's a lot to go through.....He is looking like he is finally starting to get comfortable, it would not be fair to expect him to look like he did right off the hop....

I hope Stan is back, and Paddy get's healthy, Lawler is just starting to get in a groove, I believe Whitehead has more to offer, I was pleased to see him utilized a bit in the run game, Zach and Wilson are building chemistry...but we are into the final 3rd....it's hard to still be "developing"....I hope we can get over the hump on offence, we have a lot of talent and a lot of money tied into it, thus far we are not getting a solid return on investment...... I won't profess to have the answers as many smarter people than me are behind closed doors trying to figure it out...but Buck, Zach, Lawler, Demski, Brady all didn't just "lose it" .....the two things I see are Baily and Hardrick, were two fiery guys, maybe we are missing those intangibles more than we realized we would......that coupled with Zach taking more hits and pressures than he has before and the general O-line feistiness we had has toned down.... At any rate, final third, we will be rested, we have some momentum, let's all hope we get this offence to stop misfiring for the final push for first place in the West....... Any team coming into PAS for a home playoff game is in tough to win... with our crowd, our weather....I don't envy any team trying to pull out a win here....so let's make it tough on someone!!!!!!!

It is an odd year in the MOP category as really no one or two players are really grabbing the award yet......Many, guys who have been really good including a couple on our team, Not one QB really deserves it this year.....BLM I believe has the best stats but is not MOP worthy, heck he got benched. Hariss puts up some nice stats, but again not MOP worthy, reigning MOP Kelly, not done much so far after his suspension, VA would have been the run away, but IMO BC ruined his 2024 season, so he can't be considered, Rourke, nope, MBT went on a streak of solid play, but not enough to consider him MOP level, Mair......nope......Brown, has done really well, but not MOP well, Fajardo, I mean he has a chance based off other QB play...Zach worst season as a Bomber.... Receivers...a couple guys in BC maybe could be in the discussion had VAJ stayed the starting QB.....but honestly not one receiver is head and shoulders above the rest or putting up gaudy stats...RB's maybe Stanbeck....maybe Brady...O-line no one is MOP level.... D-line.....again parity, not one guy is running away with stats....LB's maybe but none are MOP level dominate.....DB Mulligan, Ford could be in contention..... Ya it's a weird season in that regard.....the media and guys like Suitor are having such a hard time with the "storylines" this year....

We face a very different opponent next week. Edm. with Tre Ford, very athletic scrambling QB, who will hold the ball or take off and run unlike Harris. Edm. also has a few pretty darn good-looking RB's and IMO at least a more aggressive arguably better O-line than Sask. I am really excited to see what we do for this game, the 3 front worked and we pulled out two wins against Harris primarily using it.....I am not sure a three front would be the best to deploy against Edm.....but perhaps a 3 front with a heavier LB set....

YES.....even though Lapo is not as "polished" he is so much better than Suitor.....

This week I am a huge Argos fan.............hurts a bit.........but Kelly and the Argos beating BC while our guys are enjoying some family time would be amazing....
