Man, do you have that right! With 9 teams, theses scheduling conflicts exist. Take the Stamps-Esks LD rematch. For years, they used to play LD Monday & then the following Friday. Now they play the following Saturday. They should be playing the following Sunday but TSN won't let them. TSN shouldn't dictate the schedule when it relates to player safety but they unfortunately do.

I doubt there are many here who would cheer when a player from another team gets hurt. Especially when it is a head injury. No one said. "LOL Collaros. You're hurt, ha, ha, ha". What people are enjoying is watching the Rider fanbase & the team itself taking some smack being shot back at them. The Riders may not be as good as they think & the arrogance shown by that tweet... No other team would ever do that. I don't take any joy seeing Zach Collaros suffer thru another concussion. But it doesn't mean I don't enjoy seeing the Riders & their fans suffer instead.

The Stamps had one inter squad game this season. More of a controlled scrimmage. It's part of training camp. It's done every year. The Stamps didn't play that first exhibition week. They then played 2 games in 5 days. I have not heard one story about the players not wanting to play these games. Link?

All I know is the Rider official twitter account tweeted after Durant stole $70,000 from the Bombers & Nichols was injured something like, "Hey Bombers how's your qb situation?" And Burgess is bitching about the people here boasting about Collaros injury? Whatever... Where's the so called class from the Riders? I just see it as Karma.

That ship has sailed. He threw for something like 278 yards & a couple of touchdowns but his team really went nowhere on the field. Just up & down between the 35 yard lines. Need ten yards for a first down, okay throw for eight. Imperative he doesn't get sacked. He gets sacked. Don't throw a pick. He throws a pick. Provide leadership. No leadership given. When Patrick Stewart landed the role of Jean Luc Picard in 1987, he was a little known but successful British stage & Shakesperian actor. He didn't know all that much about Star Trek & said that he took the role because he needed the money but did not like the thought of playing in a sci fi tv series. He looked down upon the role as well as being beneath him at the time. Of course, thirty years , one successful tv series now in endless reruns all around the world, four motion pictures & tens of millions of dollars later, I guess his perspective has changed.

Lots of speculation about how Roseanne's absence will affect the new sitcom. How the characters will handle the loss. All I know is that as as an adult, I've lost both my parents & a sister. Luckily, I had my own family to lean on during those tough times. I just hope that the series writers realize that we all handle grief differently but life must go on. That the series doesn't become maudlin.

Jury's out on Collaros. So far the early indications are that he's never going to be an elite qb again. If that's the case then the Riders are hooped. Brandon Bridge is a marginal starter at best & may win them only a handful of games. Someone needs to ask the Riders twitter account how's their qb situation?

No thanks. My son has moved to the US. His wedding is in 2 weeks. His fiancee's family are wonderful people. No way I'm boycotting so as not to see my son or his bride from here on out.
