Lions @ Ti Cats
BC is getting everything they deserve today for being idiots yesterday. I'm enjoying this as well as enjoying seeing Jennings struggle. Thanks to Glen Suitor's constant love for the guy & TSN hype about him as well, I just want him to play bad every game. He hasn't disappointed me today at all. LOL. Plus Lions losing helps the Bombers. Hope the Cats put up another 27 points.

Agree 100%. He used to be a strict disciplinarian as a HC. He should have stayed retired.

Obvious to everyone but Wally. Hervey will make a move this off season after Wally retires. I can't see him being back next season.

Lions dance on the Ti Cats logo at yesterday's practice & putting it up on social media thereby guaranteeing a fired up Hamilton team today. Nothing like a struggling Lions team coming into their opponents house disrespecting the Cats. Then DaVier Posey gets into it with Brandon Banks before the game further infuriating the situation. It's so bad that the Head Ref Andre Proulx tells Wally to get his team under control. So, the fired up Ti Cats quickly score 3 TDs to lead 20-0 in the first quarter. Jennings throws a pick 6. He's such a bad qb. Totally overrated.

So, the loan has been forgiven. Bombers don't have to pay so what is Miller rambling on about making "minimum payments"? If it's forgiven, then reinvest all profits back into the team to make it competitive & not into govt coffers. And get rid of all govt reps on the Board of Directors.

Another receiver down. This time Beggelton. Never seen a run of injuries at receiver like that & they still win. Why don't the Bombers grab a personnel guy from the Stamps & revamp their scouting using the model from the team that just keeps finding players to plug in & keeps winning? We bring in McManus from Hamilton that wasn't winning at the time & have the second longest GC drought after us. If we lost Demski, Wolitarski, Dressler & Adams & they were out at the same time how ugly would it get here?- The TV Thread

Gonna be tough to win in Edmonton & Reilly throws the best deep ball in the CFL but it is doable. The Esks D is average at best.- Around the League: 2018 Season
Lulay should retire. He'll get hurt again. It's inevitable.- Around the League: 2018 Season
Yeah, I saw it. The NFL keeps bringing in these rule changes. They fixed catching the ball now this.- Province Portion of IGF Debt written off
Just about every stadium & arena has been funded by tax dollars. As a taxpayer I have no problem with it, Yes, we knew this would probably happen one day so then why the surprise? Did Sellinger actually think the Bombers would pay off the $82 million? Maybe he was just a dumb socialist so who knows? Was it sneaky, sure. But it is what it is. As I said, the Bombers have a great facility so I'm happy. Every CFL stadium has been paid for by government. The alternative is what? No hockey? No football? No thanks.- Province Portion of IGF Debt written off

With all the government waste we see at all levels having taxes pay for a new stadium is okay with me. There is a tangible benefit to IGF. It does benefit the city. Calgary just paid half a billion dollars for a new library. A building that most Calgarians will never use because of the Internet. Our Mayor thinks it was a great investment but I'd say most Calgarians don't. Nenshi refuses to use tax dollars to build a new stadium & arena which together may coat $600-700 million to build yet is absolutely fine to spend $5 billion on the Winter Olympics. Insanity reigns at Silly Hall here. I believe most Calgarians would support both a new stadium for the Stamps & a new arena for the Flames but our Mayor refuses to even talk about. So, be glad you have the MTS Bell Centre & IGF. Oh & a really nice baseball stadium. The 6,000 seat baseball park in Calgary is sitting empty. Rotting & rusting away after over a decade of sitting empty.- Around the League: 2018 Season
QBS stand in there often times defenseless. They are hit or blindsided because some left tackle or guard missed or got beat on his block. The CFL & NFL already have rules in place to protect receivers from headshots. How many here would stand there & be willing to be pancaked? Not many so I kind of laugh at the supposed courageous tough talk by some who don't like it.- Around the League: 2018 Season
What the NFL is trying to do is eliminate the pancake tackle where a defender usually 280 lbs or more hits the qb & then lands on top of him leading to shoulder & arm injuries. As the father of a former qb who had his collarbone broken while playing for the Rifles back in 2010 when a Regina Thunder DT did just that I can't argue against it. Some tacklers also twist the qb exposing their shoulders & then fall on them almost guaranteeing some kind of injury.- Around the League: 2018 Season
I don't hate to say this but I really don't care about your team's road trip.- Province Portion of IGF Debt written off
We got a beautiful new stadium & that's all I care about. Living in Calgary we are light years away from a new football stadium.- Around the League: 2018 Season

And we've seen yours. My advice is don't be so arrogant putting down Nichols because Collaros will crush your heart. He isn't playing well at all. Your wins are coming by smoke & mirrors & that won't go on. - TORONTO 3-9 @ CALGARY 10-2
