That's how I feel too. No mention of any team other than the Riders. I'd say he's doing a moderately successful job of stroking Rider fans'...um...egos. Yeah, let's say egos.

A few years ago I was in a small sports store in Glendale, Arizona. Some dude walked in and asked the guy working there where all their Saskatchewan Roughriders stuff was. I said "The Riders suck. Everybody knows that." The look on his face was priceless!

While it is if course true that coaches coach and players play, I think the reason the Bombers need a new DC is because the same problems persisted ALL YEAR. I'm not sure how many times I heard or read the term "explosion plays" this year, but it was a lot. So while of course they need some upgrades in talent, they also need someone who can bring the absolute best out of that talent. If that person was already here, I think the D would have been a lot better. Just my two cents.

TSN website and Shaw guide have the Sask-Ottawa on TSN 1, 4, and 5. Women's curling on TSN 3. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy watching some women curlers er, I mean, curling but that's a lame decision. Ah well, good thing I'll be tailgating!

I agree that LeFevour didn't look good. However, he has at least shown something at some point. The stat line for Davis from the last game is a bit deceptive too. It doesn't look too bad because there is no official "Stood there, looked confused, and got sacked" category. I think starting LeFevour is the right call.

Totally agree. I must say, my stadium experience in Regina, other than a number of Bomber losses, has been great. I'm heading to my 12th Labour Day game, 13th overall Regina game including Canada Day this year, and I've gotten along really well with the Rider fans who have sat by me throughout the years. At Canada Day this year, the guys sitting in front of me and my friends were surprised Bomber fans were being nice to them! I think cheering loudly and proudly for one's team is to be respected as long as the respect is reciprocated.

I can't figure out why they feature Nye's picks every week as well as all of the writers' picks, which include his. Spoiler alert! He picked Saskatchewan. Just like every week.

And no need to worry about a fluky team like the Bombers upsetting the sudden juggernaut that is the Saskatchewan Roughriders. I can practically hear the ripped off Chelsea fight song playing already. The Bombers won't be the overconfident ones. Book it.

Let's analyze your post in a similar way. I'll take wins against Montreal over losing to them like some teams...not naming any names. They're also , in my opinion, not a bad team, one blowout loss aside. Ottawa wasn't winless. Not great, but your statement is still untrue. Hamilton is terrible, I'll give you that. Calling the Esk roster from last week "way worse" is a stretch and you know it.

Saying "The Riders are going to win next week, book it." sure seems like a guarantee to me. Of course you're entitled to an opinion.

I don't think he hates the Bombers either but it's clear he loves the Riders. I know that makes sense given that he was one but, in my opinion, it's a bit too clear when he's calling their games.

I was at the game too, which was an awesome experience. But watching some of the game online afterwards, my favourite was when Suitor actually straight up said "Oh no." when Crapigna nailed the upright. Suitor sounded so depressed.

I know the title of the thread is asking about head coaches, but since it doesn't actually specify that I'd like to add in a couple of the completely useless OCs we've had. Gary Crowton and Marcel Bellefeuille anyone? Crowton for a lack of understanding of the Canadian game and Bellefeuille because how can a guy who had been in the league so long be so bad?
