  1. You're supposed to say that AFTER we win.
  2. On a flight from Phoenix, head pilot Paul Maurice and assistant Charlie Huddy. are unable to keep their passenger plane in the air when a violent sandstorm strikes. Crash-landing in a remote part of Arizona, the two pilots and their passengers -- a team of hockey players and a drifter (Drew Stafford) -- must work together to survive by rebuilding the aircraft. Soon, low supplies and a band of merciless snowbirds add greater urgency to their task. Also starring... Michael Hutchison as the starting goalie Scott Kosmachuk as the new guy Marko Dano as the old new guy
  3. Current Standings - Mar 8 - 940PM TOR - 53 EDM - 59 CAL - 59 WPG -59 EDM game not over but 3-0 SJ
  4. Typical Stafford...another empty net goal.
  5. EDM was bad before and after Eakins. Stop blaming Eakins. Mack made Tim Burke coach. Much worse.
  6. Commando got horrible reviews and made 100m so it was this movie that showed how much power he had. Like Cocktail for Cruise. Same thing. Nasty reviews - big money. Three has its moments. I love his scream at the end. Just nails it.
  7. 2 out of 4 lines tank worthy.
  8. Days would have interfered with his watching Spider-Man/Hercules.
  9. They could send him to Tulsa.
  10. Story on Phillips in the paper today. It was actually a general article about how good the Jets have been drafting goalies. One name brought up was was Jason Kasdorf who some on here felt like he was going nowhere post Buffalo trade. Well Kasdorf and Phillips are both up for the Mike Richter Award for best collegiate goalie. From Ed Tait... While we’re at it: the list of the 26 nominees for the new Mike Richter Award — given annually to the top goalie in the NCAA and first won by Connor Hellebuyck two years ago — includes two Jets draft picks — Jason Kasdorf of Rensselaer, who was part of last year’s blockbuster trade and is now Buffalo Sabres property, and Michigan Tech’s Jamie Phillips. A seventh-round pick in 2012, Phillips is 21-7-5 this year with a 2.00 goals-against average and .921 save percentage. Hellebuyck, you may recall, was a fifth-round pick in that same draft. Whoever is scouting puck-stoppers for the Jets might be banging on Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff’s office bucking for a few more dollars.
  11. Always a chance one of these call up's could be the next one.
  12. 1 still is static i do remember the day TSN/MuchMusic showed up, scrambled but they were there. C-channel anyone? 13 was WDAZ Grand Forks which was NBC and switched later on to ABC(horrible decision as NBC would rule the air for a decade to come). We also had CBS/ABC out of Fargo but bad weather would take them out. KNRR was 12 and yep antenna. Mad Frank FTW!
  13. He had Mullen after 81-82. Hopkins only there 1 season.
  14. You still have the Oilers without Gretzky. I'm not sure if the Jets would have won a cup in the 80's but probably at least 1 when you have the best in the world(see Pittsburgh with Mario/Crosby).
  15. Not going to happen as he said he already apologized. Heck should the Lib candidate have even quit?
  16. He did the Terminator comeback and he's supposed to do Conan the Conqueror and then The Predator?
  17. Then I defiantly don't need to play it now
  18. Yeah although Shenk said it never happened they were just outbit. I seem to remember a Vancouver writer(forget his name) but he was drunk when he did a picture book of Gretzky and he suggested that instead of L.A., Gretzky would have come to Winnipeg and his father would have been owner of the Jets.
  19. I don't need to play that video Apologies in advance to the women on this board.
  20. Hopkins was a bum sure but not MacLean. You must know that story.
  21. Carolina's that bad off? Wonder if its the Panthers success hurting them.
  22. Hall more complete player but Eberle is pure goal scorer so it's kinda a toss-up. Yakupov here.
