  1. Past hour
  2. I just want bc because I feel it's the best chance the riders get embarrassed
  3. He's the Commisioner of the newly created Continental Football League. A developmental league for young players.
  4. crappy honker to that tramp stamp Mobil ad on everyone's jerseys. bush league.
  5. he’s heading up a spring league now so we are safe.. for now
  6. You can fill in the blanks on Danny Mac but he’s arguably the best example of the old boys club issues going on in this organization. Everyone who has done 5 minutes of due diligence on him for a job where he’s a face of the organization even up to OC has walked away. And it’s not totally related to how he understands the CFL. He’s someone who needs to go here and has for years. It’s funny for the people claiming others in the org are inept and toxic pushing him as a candidate for a leadership role in the front of a professional organization.
  7. Please please let this be the last time I ever see Jake Thomas on a football field.
  8. I’m saying danny is the only internal option, not the preferred one. The only one who isn’t an assistant to another young guy. he's king of bad hot takes, also actually look at the talent levels in camp, and our bench. Imp talent is not the problem here, it’s the log jam of trash we handicap our self by starting and playing in our primary reps. Take a look at the players who’ve come to us from his region.
  9. I'm generally supportive of them back. The posters on here are right though. Osh has an unwillingness to change and maybe it's best for a change in leadership Just would be so dissapointing, my best years as a bomber fan are through this regime.
  10. I want to see the stamps humiliated.
  11. Let's go Coach Buck!!
  12. McManus would be all time dysfunctional organization. Think of what the job of GM is. He’s not even good at the personnel part. Why hasn’t he got hired? The pool isn’t deep and he’s been in the shallow end for 15 years.
  13. Starting this thread only to remark once again how crappy Vancouver is as I see so many empty seats. For shame Vancouver.
  14. If that's true, why does he get serious consideration from other teams when they are looking for a new GM?
  15. Well if JBR says it, it must be true.
  16. And one back breaking fumble
  17. Begin the thawing of Mike Kelly!!
  18. JBR has said over and over again that Danny Mac is the reason our US recruiting has been **** and that he should have been fired already. And we want to make him GM?
  19. Because that ended up standing as a play, that meant that the Reigning MOP/MOC, who was 2nd in the league in Yards from Scrimmage despite missing 3.9 games, had 8 more touches on offense than the starting Left Guard.
  20. I'd be surprised if the Bombers move on from O'Shea or Walters. In the last 6 seasons, they have made the playoffs each year, they were Grey Cup Finalists 5 times and Champions twice. They finished with a winning record this year. The Bombers could and likely would do a lot worse by replacing these guys. They have stayed loyal to some long time vets, some for maybe too long, and their play has clearly dropped off. I'm not sure if they should move on from Collaros, but he is not the player he was a few years ago. Jefferson is not a dominant defensive player anymore. Neufeld and Bryant aren't what they were. They'll add some free agents, but it is in the new recruits that sets a team up for success.
  21. 5-2 finish and thus starts a two week road trip with atrocious start times
  22. I've been to 6/9 current stadiums. Calgary and Edmonton are the bottom, but Calgary becomes a place to not watch a game because of the stadium. By far the worst. From a pure stadium perspective, BC is my favorite place to watch a game. Winnipeg is second. The three I haven't been to are Toronto, Montreal and Regina
  23. Gm, I’d see if danny wants it. From outside, i’d see if desjardins, and or lavergne want to leave montreal for a promotion they will never see being below macioca. other wise I think it’s a guy like brock in house or similar level choices. Idk if brendan mahoney would want to leave calgary either, but he’s also hard stuck for promotions. You could also go to a guy like dinwiddie and offer him both jobs. If he gets along well with the other senior scout/ast gms that would work. You could also make this kind of offer with archambault. With him I think you pair a coach he can work with to be more on field involved or go the other way with him as a hc and a guy like brock plugging him into the front office. The other hc candidates you’d expect some ingest in/from would be guys like mueller, thorpe, mosoon, campbell etc. I think young guys in hybrid roles between coaching and front office are the best way to go with the restrictive coaching cap. Supported by Agms/ ast hcs
  24. I mean this sincerely, but why? This was such a foregone conclusion, I can't honestly remember the time I was less upset about any Bomber loss.
