Let's be honest, we need a massive off season overhaul which is going to involve hard decisions and saying goodbye to some long time stalwarts.

Not easy parting way with a personality like Streve...His rah rah stuff is infectious and it has it's place on the club BUT I along with a lot of other fans are always hoping to see something better in his play..Is he still capable of being the player he was??? So far it hasn't materialized and we're in a state with this club right now that patience is wearing thin...The team around Chris in general isn't near the quality as it was in the 'fur coat days' so there's that ...I say he still gets a shot to prove his worth to the team....what the hell else have we got to lose BUT for cripes sake if he has another game, like the last one, it's time to play Wilson... IF Zack can't go that's the only option...I keep pulling for Streve and we all know 'hope' springs eternal

The only replacement required on the o-line is a solid center. We could do that hopefully in the off season. On the D-Line, I am not as sure. I was thinking replace Jake with a solid Canadian if one comes available, but we have solid guys for the D-Line in house that are not played. (At least in my opinion as a couch coach)* I am afraid, however, there will be very little changes in the off season if O'Shea remains Head Coach. No offense to him or those that love him, but when guys are done or not as good as the opposition, its time to make changes...most Championship teams do...I am perplexed at our lack of depth at some positions and our HC seems to be turning a blind eye to this team, despite hosting the Grey Cup this year...something they NEW well before pre-season. Its hard for me to say, but I think that it should be the end of the Canadian Mafia this season. All 3 should be let go. Not just Walters and Osh....but Miller as well. He's too cheap. He likely instructed Walters to keep salaries down....despite this being a Grey Cup Year....top that off with Osh stubbornly playing guys who are past expiry dates or that show him a lunch pail attitude in practices, as opposed to some with outstanding talent that don't always go as hard in practice but save it for game day. I am not suggesting that if you dont work hard in practice that you should be allowed to play, but its a fact alot of solid vets dont always go hard anymore in practice. This team also needs depth at all positions that can step in without the team missing a beat. In the days gone by, we had Clements and Hufnagel...2 actual QB'S...now we have Collaros, who seems to be on his last legs, and Streveler that isnt very effective this year, and a reluctance to try our back up QB'S or trade for a guy that is young, has shown talent in this league, and may be available for as little as a draft pick. Most on here are not your average fans, so I dont think that when we point out huge flaws that we are wrong. This team started 3-0 with a healthy defense...Parker at Safety, Bond was in the secondary...but we are 3-7 since, and its apparent that if you use injuries as an excuse, then we are lacking solid depth. I see some of our rookies as promising, and of course they are learning the CFL game, but I sure hope they dont go status quo next year as well. Our O-Line, D-Line, Secondary, Linebackers, Depth...all need to be addressed.

Shouldn't but this club loves to do the same thing over and over. We piss away cap space on players who rarely if ever get a chance to contribute so what does it matter if it's QB3, WR, LB or any other position?

ZC has earned it...what had JT done to earn it...longevity due to a hc who is a fan and thinks he adds something doesn't carry any currency

I know the reason for certain players JT ZC for example is ride and die with them, they've earned that respect, that right even if it costs the team. Half of me really admires that, half of me not so much.

Watching them...eye test...throwing motion...pocket presence...Wilson actually looks best...has best arm too...just needs reps But.....as we know....we have Osh...its his way or no way...and he will not use a guy over a vet...a fav....or a guy he still thinks is the bees knees

Who knows. But maybe cuz pre season. I’m not even sure. Give our draft picks some reps on D. What is that about. That’s a weird one. Were those Kyle picks and Osh not a fan?? I mean why ain’t they getting reps on D. Wilson? He’ll get his reps when both Zach and Strev are in the icu.

Teams figured it out late last yr...and refined it this yr....we adjusted nothing ...and didnt upgrade guys to play it right outta the gate...

OL is only as good as the weakest link and kolo is extremely weak. He’s broken. That’s the problem.

I said that the day he was announced...a piss poor choice...zero experience at even a half assed university level...a lazy internal promotion and we'd pay for it....and yup...we paying And be open minded and realize...u can allocate yiur ratio anyway u want...not concrete spots like we have...even when they not best option Find best players...then work your ratio...we assbackwards

Or, as some have posted here, TW is not good enough, CS and ZC are the best we have. If factual, wtf is he doing on our roster then? If we are reluctant to play our depth because they’re not good enough help me understand how that is not a huuuge problem.

Yeah not talked about enough is the D is schemed like they still have BA and Bighill running things. I’m not sure I’m a fan of the very little pressure on purpose D. It doesn’t seem to be working cuz we lack the talent. How many sacks do we have. I’d assume there are players on other teams who have more or close to what we have. That’s a problem. Younger scheme not as effective as Richie.

If we had a top dline...pressure defwnce and scraped the 8..9 men in coverage...even with this Canadian high-school offensive playbook...i bet we are at least a 9 win team right now Or draft legit Canadian reciever prospects...and not these special teams only guys....anyone can play st's...

Yeah. Looking around it’s the backup in Hamilton and maybe MBT. hopefully Elgersma comes up here soon. Not an awful idea. Seems to be a few Canadians available every year.

Sterns would be perfect with that group and another legit 1a/b There will be guys available...id even target the 2 best Canadians and go 3 Canadians and save the import spot for dline

our lines are bad... that's why the team is bad... if you could magically make our DL and OL top notch and leave everything else as is... this team would be in the mix for 1st again... Seriously though... what do we have to lose starting Terry Wilson next game??? Accidentally finding a good QB?

Yup. We now have 3 guys on O tho. Brady Demski and Pokey. Sterns was also looking solid before getting hurt so 4 plus Wallace and Vanterpool and Randolph on the oline. Almost there. Another big play receiver and a couple OL should be on the off season priority list. Along with DL.

I dunno. Maybe creating rivalries will draw more fans. Maybe next time Toronto plays Edmonton more ppl will care. Who knows. MLSE don’t market them so maybe Dinwiddie is trying his way.

ZC has always needed top notch protection to be effective. He moves well but he rarely gets rid of the ball quickly. He also needs more guys who are effective downfield. This year's struggling offense is not a surprise at all. If not for warriors like Olievera and Demski, it'd be dire straits.

Oh I think no. I was just saying for QB Zach has been our best. I think we are screwed at that spot
