Beat Montreal. Beat Sask b2b. 8 and 4. Likely tied for 1st. they aren’t elite. Nobody is. Sask isn’t even. They have had the healthy QB tho. Bombers need some upgrades also. They aren’t elite but they appear to be better than some of you think.

We can win with the version of ZC that showed up last night. With a centre that stays off his butt, ZC would've hung 40 points on the Redblacks.

Does "They're an OK team who has lost 3 of 4 to one of the best teams" now equal - "They're an elite team who will be a GC contender"? Goalie didn't say they were Elite at all. They're ok. They have yet to play their best ball. The hair pulling and Blow everything up arm chair GMs are getting tiresome. They need changes, but they aren't as far off as some are making it seem. It was his best game this year that's for sure. Unfortunately for him the other guys out shined him by quite a margin.

I will say in the 4th quarter the Redblacks did step it up and Dustin Crum did make some quick decisions and good passes. They definitely stepped it up and executed well during their last few drives. Dru Brown didn't pass for 400+ yards that a few people on here dreamed about, he looked very average himself floating a few lame ducks that were off the mark.

So in the game our starting QB got hurt and we played the broken one Streveler for the majority? Calgary pummelled us. Toronto didn’t. Sask really is the only team who has truly pummelled a team and that was 34 6. Us losing by 13 with a backup QB isn’t a pummeling. the narrative is hogan and the O and it’s not wrong but let’s not pretend that the D is any good either. You know tho a few years ago we prob win that game cuz our D was that good where 17 20 23 points won us games. Our D isn’t that good anymore tho. but still 3 of the 4 losses is one team. 3 and 0 vs the west minus Calgary. 2 and 1 vs the east. I don’t think we are as bad as the hysteria chat site makes it seem. Yes we got issues but seems like all teams do. The good ones (Sask and Hamilton) are healthy.

Just saying. I don’t think they as bad as some of you pretend but they certainly could use some upgrades at multiple spots. If winning by 3 or less makes you bad then the whole league is bad. Maybe there’s more parity this year but 5 and 1 against non Calgary teams suggest we aren’t awful. bombers still control their fate. LDC and BB gonna be big. Win both of those and with another Sask loss, and a win against Montreal next week, after the BB we could be 1st in the west at 8 and 4. Just saying.

Agree here. Plenty of times last night I saw oline not block the man right in front of them resulting in a -ve play for the offence. Guys are missing assignments. I’ll take the win but lots of issues to deal with. Coaches making stupid, risky decisions is one of them.

and when Mitchell almost got killed...poor play call and execution aside...he just stood there as a guy right in front of him flashed by and obliterated Mitchell And those just not 2 isolated plays..they one of many...game in and game out...Even the one run where Neuf was downfield and wiped out that Ottawa guy...Kolo was riding shot gun...utterly lost....didnt know who or how to attack another defender and basically was just in the way...then was gassed after that for several plays and his snapping suffered...we have too much ded weight Sure Thomas made a play...big effin deal....he also made a lot of suck and irrelevance for most his snaps too...while guys like Adams and Person sat for him Ball too....finally made 2 special teams tackles...but really....what other use does he serve?....A Bailey would have helped a gassed defense maybe get some footing rotating in...and oh yeah...he plays cover teams too Will say the receiver's stepped up...as did the oline save for Kolo....but we definitely need a legit number 1 guy cause at this rate we gonna kill Demski...we almost killed Wheatfall....but what a gritty performance from him

HH is Vaval cuz without his returns we do nothing on O. And if people are being honest they would accept on replay the booth would have upheld the decision cuz the booth is there to basically back up the refs. We have seen this, we all know this. Osh challenges it, we lose it and then ppl complaining he challenged it. No winning there really. The booth will find even the slightest PI there to justify the on field call. Guaranteed
