Hello Everyone Congrats to Atomic, who won the first contest. Since we have a lot of the season left, we will do a second contest. Same rules as first except if we get to the end of the regular season and we still have people left. We will take all the contestants with the lowest number of strikes, and they will advance to the playoffs. Playoff will be a single strike elimination, so if you're wrong, you're out; correct, and you move on. If we still have people left after Grey Cup tie breaker will be contestant with most different correct answers from this week to the end of the year. Place Picks Below

It’s been 11 12 years tho. I think it could be an issue. It’s the cfl. Calgary sucked last year. There is no excuse for not trying to get better and seemingly trying to get worse with some decisions they made. Letting Kenny go, signing Jake, Zach 1 yr extension. Hogan. The cornerbacks and safety spot. it’s just bad decision after bad decision. Kyle, Osh, they are legends here. Legends. 5 straight cups. 2 wins. Broke the streak. I mean Osh is winningest coach in bombers history no? Walters must be winningest GM. But 11 12 years now, they been to the top of the mountain brother, now they are falling down it quickly. Very quickly. But with a few tweaks (more than a few), perhaps it’s salvageable. But they keep trotting out the same **** each week. step 1. Everyone on the pr or fake ir who hasn’t played yet, plays. step 2. Start the minimum Canadians. That means no Jake. You know what if you are serious here about getting better, release Jake. And trade or release Streveler. And relieve the OC of his duties.

Also, I don't think Wade would ever leave a thing in the state it's currently in. He's gonna wanna go out on top with everything more or less fixed for a long time to come. As for the other 2 legs of the Trinity... They usually don't sign a new contract until the last one is up. The "no contract" is a non issue.

I hope Osh decides to move on ....and he doesnt have the acumen for G.M.....not a attack on him, but some guys just dont have the make-up and or desire for such a position....He being one

Yes. I think Walters moves on either way. O’Shea, I’m less sure of. I think there’s a chance he leaves also tho or does he actually have a contract. I feel Walters goes and O’Shea goes at the same time. Wade then hires the next GM who hires the coach and then Wade steps down and a new president is named. Mafia done.

Powell Collaros Youngster. Cuz I think Zach would need to be there cuz contract and just vet presence. That’s an ok group. Maybe that young guy is Elgersma. But there’d have to be a deal where Powell is starter and Zach is just veteran presence and leadership for Powell and Elgersma cuz apparently Zach a good mentor type.

So your prediction is Walters decides to leave or does not get renewed after this year (contract is up)?

I mean. Wilson was here all last year. He should have been superior. He really wasn’t. Artopoeous is a pure rookie to the cfl. I mean, dude also can throw the ball. Wilson has shown in a year and a half he really can’t. Artopoeous has the higher upside. But they should be bringing guys in. UFL going under and they got a QB on the neg list who looks interesting and probably would be a legit potential cfl starter.

In the end Walters traded Dru and In the end Walters didn’t pay Kenny. And in the end, Kyle will be a gm out east.

YUP...Been a slow steady build and we didnt do anything to prevent it really...if anything we fueled it....and are kinda scuffling now

If we are unable to land any other legit number one prospect QB via either FA or trade, we have to bring all the guys back.....proclaim it's an open camp and have a true QB competition.....all guys get as much or even equal work with the #1's and whomever comes out of camp and has shown the best, and has the most tools in their toolbox to work with...then roll with them....Not much else we can do about it But another season going into camp with the declaring this guy is our guy here...thatguy there before a single snap is taken in TC is just the prelude to more of the same ol same ol And another good indicator is if we dont immediately say shortly after the season and pre free agency that we are moving on from player A thru F....again...expect more the same until HC and or GM are canned by game 6....thats if they are re-upped 12 YRS is a long time and with no signs of any deviation from what was previously done....dont expect it in yr 13....ya cut bait before we are cellar dwellers

HARD TO SAY....A player me not fit someplace...but fit nice other places....we prime example of that..Maston...Taylor...T.Jones ...Griffin as example...all discarded into the scrap heap....we picked them up...Maston and Taylor were key to our cup rin victory in 2019....T.Jones tho not the best has replaced Biggie and has actually improved this yr somewhat...especially when playing with the other Jones....Griffin...been one of our best defenders 2 yrs running now So to just be standing there wheels spinning and not even making an attempt just reeks of us thinking we good and the good ship Oshea is gonna magically turn around with minimal work done to it, And it's not...not this current group as we see it, and with the coaching so far this yr...it's just not We are a coupe of key injuries god forbid of plummeting right to the bottom as we have zero depth behind anyone...well proven deth that is, and we not givibg guys reps....in games where it's a foregone conclusion we arent gonna win, or the odd one where we up by 3 scores....which is odd and rare now didnt say that....but there are probably 3...4 guys who shouldn't be starting...and prob of that group a couple who shouldnt be on the roster. Also MOS cut adrift many guys last few yrs who out performed hold overs as well, younger guys with more athletic ability and nice skill sets ...just to run it back with what he is familiar with and had success...key word "had" yrs ago now. Would they have been better....who knows...but wouldnt be worse...would be hungry to earn and ake their spot and all had up side...just like any star in league had when they first got their shot.... I dont think that Osh is the best evaluator of talent....it's quite obvious from his roster decisions alone and who gets majority of reps. He values some things moreso over actual talent...The roon and other vets will control the room and guys will fall in line....it's been like that forever in any football locker room...it's not a new concept we created after Osh was brought in i not gonna mention names...and guys wont say it to the press...they will convey the usual narrative but there are players...current and past who have said this....and ys ...whether you wanna believe it or not some guys havn't came here for thatvery reason.....I'm not assuming this either....but like I said I will not say names total complacency....too much grey area of who is actually in charge and makes the hard decisions....too much buddy buddy And zero adapting and evolving....Osh still thinks his main guys and how to go about things is circa 2021....and we are eons from that era

What's it been, 12 seasons now of the Walters & Osh regime? At one time, we used to say that the Bombers needed continuity as we made too many GM & head coaching changes. Now, we've gone full circle & it seems that familairity breeds contempt. The Canadian Mafia has been together for too long. They've gone soft. Walters & Osh have lost their edge. Stupid personnel & coaching decisons the past 3 seasons have cost this team dearly. Time for a change before this team truly goes over a cliff losing games.

Looking forward to Nobody 2 this weekend. May actually go to the theater to watch it.
