A HC doesn't come to a GM with a list of players from around the league, He may describe what he wants in a player but who is signed is on the GM ONLY!!!!!!! MOS did not hand pick any of our FA busts this year. MOS did not bring in any of garbage import DL we have been bringing in since Rigmaiden left. ALL ham n' eggers. You want so badly for MOS to be fired you are creating fictional scenarios where he is the puppet master and KW is Pinocchio. When it comes to our lack of talent on the roster it falls squarely, and SOLELY, on the GM. FULL STOP. The GM builds the roster. How it is employed and used (starting a RB at QB) is on the HC. When you see a roster that is so poor in depth like ours, you can't blame the coach for that. You can blame him for how he uses that roster, gameplan, etc. etc., but not talent level.

I agree. Most of it is on Walters for not providing any kind of acceptable level of backup QB, but MOS needs to get a guy out of the game that doesn't complete his second pass until the 4th Q. At some point yesterday he needed to make the change.

Walters is always quite...even in the 2 cup yrs...and its a 2 headed monster...him and Osh...and to think otherwise is foolish Hc always conveys type of player wanted...who he may want targeted in free agency and G.m and his team and HC will have multiple sessions together to all get on same page You get the odd outlier guy a scout team may bring in who just fell in their lap...or is just too good to not bring in but for most part coach has Lotta say in what he wants...and in the end is the guy who decides who stays...who goes Also the stubborn rigid ratio allocation is doing us no help...we don't flip or adjust it in any way to make us better...and that's poor roster management With the Bombers you play 3 oline guys...2 recievers...1 rb...and a DT....but then over do it with a SAM...another DT...at times safety...for no reason whatsoever We obviously pass on cdn talent in FA where we don't play a Canadian and instead of grabbing a top guy and bettering ourselves..and change the ratio...we say pass...and continue plugging in sub par guys in the usual spot...and dont upgrade said canadian talent....and in those spots...DT for example you could play legit import talent there...and be sigficantly better... Our rigid approach is just dumb and isnt doing us any favors....

Young & inexperienced assistants watching from the outside in on the sidelines & thinking they could do better. In reality, a lot of these guys find out there are situations they never dreamd of having to deal with as head coaches that they never did as assitants. The presssure to win is very high. Some guys do well undr those conditions & others wilt from it all.

Strev has value actually...in right role His running is coming around and if no set back next yr..Will be back to what it was... We need a legit QB 1 next yr...and a guy at 2 we either groomed...or someone else did and they play backup QB 3 in Canada is a moot wasted spot and nobody develops there..perfect for Strev...he can be your short yardage guy...used in wildcat...play TE...Slot...out of backfield...cover teams...and have packages for him like the 2019 run Dude is an athlete...ultimate team guy...a leader...respected...will do anything for team....so use that wasted QB3 spot for a multi use guy. I would assume that the % chance of us winning games with him throwing very little would be well below 50%. Throwing only 3 completions has to be something ridiculously low like 10%....
