O'Shea has rarely used challenges effectively

A downward slide for 3+ seasons. Mainly because they did not address obvious performance decline at the QB position. Time for Wade to fix this. I guess we have the next GM in house. But, realistically, who are legit HC candidates out there?

This isn’t the worst team we’ve seen over the last couple decades but it’s easily the most frustrating to watch. Part of that feeling comes from the sustained success we’ve had which makes the fall off sting so much more. The other part is wild inconsistency and inability to adapt. How this team is built is just rotten but this is what O’Shea was prior to landing “Prime Zach”. He was (at best) a .500 coach who was able to get the best of some talented rosters.

Decline of the OLine into trash is a bigger problem than QB IMO
