I'm really hoping that Vanterpool can get the job done and that then Broxton can be moved to LT but I have zero faith that they'd make that move in-season.

Moxey is playing field corner. If the guy in that spot is a net negative and it's not a spot you're trying to hide a Canadian (Matt Bucknor), that should be just about the easiest change to make on th

If we go back to using Woodbey as the nickel sub and not a second Canadian S that will help a lot. Playing a greenhorn QB should also help, but the lack of larger changes is concerning.

Vanterpool suddenly being ready is a bit questionable too. If he's been game-ready for a week or two, they really should've sat Bryant. I know they don't want to do that, but he is just brutal.

If they put him back out there in a couple weeks I will lose the rest of the hope I have for the short term.

Vanterpool played soo well in limited reps at G last year, and is very well suited to RT.

Vantetpool absolutely sucked at LT in 2024 when he came in for Stan. Hope he is better now

He did. We should've flipped rando and vanterpool back then. But he did seem to take a big step forward last year. Taking a rookie imp in his first action and flipping him from G to LT is crazy work.

Bombers D will have to be prepared for BC to go tempo and to defend RPO. Only way they are going to move the ball with Salter at QB.

Interested to see what Bailey does at rb for the Lions. Comes from a pretty good college program and looked good in the preseason.

Agreed. They could also just run 6-8 yard curls for easy completions.

I really hope we try to disrupt some of their routes…. My nightmare is watching Salter complete easy throws underneath our soft coverage and getting comfortable.

One way or another, we are gonna find out who the worst team in the West is, maybe the worst in the league.

So this Salters kid is Casey Printers' cousin?

Yep - doesn't sound like they are close though.

"And what a lot of people don’t know is Casey Printers used to play here and is one of my cousins. I didn’t recognize he played here until we were in the offensive staff room and the coach brought up Casey Printers. I said: ‘Hold up. Isn’t he my cousin?"
