Team may need serious leadership changes for next year - i dont like the thought of wholesale changes - but it looks like we are shuffling slowly towards rebuild times.

Not super fun watching a squad which wont field its best players, wont make changes when necessary and doesnt see the decline. No fight left. 

We can’t keep ramming our head against the same wall.  He’s going to have to pass eventually.  And if you don’t trust him to, get him the hell out of there.
