Hard to learn how to be a pocket passer when you're 30 and your whole life you've been able to make athletic plays, blow past and through DL/LB's if your first read isn't there.

Love the guy too but he’s gotta step up and he isn’t. Play call is brutal, but he isn’t likely to survive a bad oc either.
