BomberBall. Posted Wednesday at 05:20 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 05:20 PM That’s more than I was expecting and I would have liked to see the term be longer. I’m sure Chevy knows what he’s doing, but these last couple of deals he seems a bit anxious.
FrostyWinnipeg Posted Wednesday at 06:01 PM Author Report Posted Wednesday at 06:01 PM Expected 6-6.25m x 8yr so less $ good, less term bad.

Agreed. 5.75 seems right for a shutdown 2nd pairing d man. solid deal. Shouldn’t be a problem in the future either as wife opened up a dental clinic in the peg. When the cap is 100 million in a few years (maybe) (they are projecting but economy and stuff ) 5.75 and 7.25 is gonna be normal. Lowry prob won’t get much of a raise tho. Connor will. Bomberguy Posted 23 hours ago Report Posted 23 hours ago The other aspect, and it seems contrary to where the rest of the league (at least US teams) are going, is this is a very “trade friendly” contract. Might not want to hear this but as we get even more haves and have nots on this league, Chevy may want to restock somewhat as our main guys age out.
