Tucker Carlson??  Tucker ******* Carlson?!!!! That guy might be the biggest asshat that has ever lived.  Nothing he spouts can be considered ‘information’.

I think Scheifs will return Game 3/4.   JoMo... may be game 6.

Let's hope these guys come out strong Game 1/2.   Need to win both at home!

I’d be somewhat surprised if Scheifele doesn’t play tomorrow.  The non contact jersey makes sense given that he likely had a concussion.  Why would you want him to take any unnecessary contact?  If he was still experiencing any symptoms, he definitely wouldn’t be practicing.  If he’s good after practice, and tomorrow morning, I’d expect him to play.

55 game 1. Josh game 3. Stanley? Don’t care cuz fleury stepped up

I fully expect that Ehlers will suffer a playoff ending second round injury before Game 1 when a full bottle of hair shampoo slips out of his hands while in the shower & breaks his big toe.

Turns out Stanley has a UBI I didn't even notice til I saw the projected lineup

Kupari has been moved to probably scratch

As is every year, it's going to be fascinating to hear what injuries certain players were playing thru in the playoffs.

For example, once the Jets aren't playing anymore, you'll hear Josh Morrisey let us know he was playing with four broken ribs, a stiff shoulder and a lacerated kidney, Mark Sheifele will tell us he was playing with a severely bruised sternum and couldn't remember his name every morning while Nic Ehlers will moan about his pinky toe and what a warrior he was in playing thru that pain (you're welcome @SpeedFlex27).

Seriously though, health #1 and everything else #2.

Check out the injuries the Tampa players had and were playing with in their series.

Hedman broken foot was the one that stood out.

Yup it's just fascinating to learn after the fact what some of these guys were dealing with and what the priority was , i.e., win versus health.

Scheif likely not gonna play tonight

May be an image of hockey and text that says 'Mitchell Clinton @MitchellClinton- 30s Just terribly sad news from the #NHL Jets this morning. Mark Scheifele's father. Brad, passed away overnight.'

Why do you assume he won't play? That's a silly assumption. A decision to be made between Mark and his family.

Maybe he plays to honor his dad. I'm 100% sure his dad would approve of Mark playing. We'll find out closer to puck drop. I won't be surprised either way and us as fans will support any decision made.

I could have easily said MIGHT NOT but I would still be accused of assumption

Marks dad. Kyle’s dad. Josh’s dad. All gone. Chuck and Dave really the only dads left of the drafted Jets and Ehlers.

Reminds me of Joannie Rochette at the 2010 Olympics.  If he is going to play, have to control the emotions.  Man that is tough.

I think Joannies mom was actually at the olympics with her like her and Joannie were together when she died. Mark was in Dallas. His dad was in Ontario. Regardless tho, I think the comparison is fair cuz I think of Joannie as a Canadian icon and 55 is a Jets icon.

I wonder if they maybe make marner or even Tavares an offer if they make it to July 1. Marner here would be sick and Tavares is a 2 center still so I wonder. Lots of cap space. Eventually someone will sign here as a UFA. Why not now. Tavares actually speaks positively of Winnipeg they say.

jets will sign 2 UFAs this year. Both initials are JT. All the JT’s are ours soon. And they will draft a winnipeg  born center with their first rd pick. Hayden (Greek last name so not gonna attempt)

Depending on Vilardis GFs feelings maybe we see some change we didn’t expect. Brock Boeser is a guy they have always liked going back to his UND days. Another guy who speaks fondly of Winnipeg who is UFA July 1 who actually fits a need.

Health, family #1 everything else a far second.

Stars fans and organization showing major class. Can’t help but cheer for them. Sounds like Jets want stars to win it all.
