Two-way contracts have nothing to do with being waiver exempt.  They only determine how much a player makes in the AHL vs. NHL. Waivers is a sliding scale that combines age, years from signing their firs NHL contract and NHL games played.

Could just be slow getting back to Winnipeg. They're practicing now, so I assume they had to move Berdin back up so that he could be the second goalie. We'll find out soon.

When my daughter was born the next day or 2 I felt a little shitty but super happy and yeah proud moment stuff  

Depending on how long he waited with her at hospital yeah... I could see. I stayed the whole time when my girl was born and felt it for sure poops wise
