Bad practice habits & video habits, lack of work ethic, selfishness as in celebrating a little too much in the locker room after the game when he threw for over 300 yards earlier this season that did not endear himself to his teammates, & coaches Made too many bad throws at critical times in games. Which came down to his lack of preparation. The final straw was attending his girlfriend's birthday party with 2 prostitutes & going maskless which violated NFL protocols. These athletes being given anything before they prove they are worth it. Stupid is as stupid does. NFL teams are just as stupid as their players.
