Honestly not sure why Perreault got a penalty there. What did he do? Stop a guy from double teaming our guy?

Hull is a POS but... Hes a Winnipeg hockey legend POS. And like it or not without Hull there is no Winnipeg Jets.. Terrible person tho.

It could have something to do with him being one of the top 4 D men.

Yeah I agree. It’s hard. I think honouring his achievement has merit. But lauding him is a bit icky.  Totally agree. He’s a lousy person. 

Its not complicated. 

Jets are a better version of Vegas. Don’t want to jinx it but...

Both WPG and VGK can roll 4 lines and 3 d pairings comfortably but the Jets are loaded with superstar talent - Scheifele, Buff, Wheeler, Laine.  That's going to be the difference.  Both coaches have their teams buying in 100% but VGK just doesn't have that edge in high end talent.

Clock just struck 1157 in Vegas. 3 minutes to Midnight

Surprised at the negativity from the HNIC panel. Saying the Jets didn't play their best game and that Vegas was the better team in the 3rd period. Thought the Jets played textbook lockdown hockey in the final frame after their big start. They were never really in danger tonight, and played a solid defensive game (only 21 shots against) when they should have been tired after 7 tough games and a late flight.

Its hard for HNIC to be postive because its the Winnipeg Jets and they've ignored us all year.

They still feel the need to prove that the Jets are a bad team.

It didn't come off as negative to me.  Just a genuine recognition that this team can play not their best game and still come away with a win that was never in question.

the best part about this win is, they don't get to sweep us
