That must no longer be the case, but it does hold several billion dollars of US federal government debt. Should be interesting to watch the reactions by China after Trump's tantrum. The White House said that the transcripts of the Flynn conversation with the Russian ambassador completely exonerated both Flynn and the Trump administration and promised to release them.
