blueingreenland Posted August 11, 2016 Report Share Posted August 11, 2016 I assume you are referring to the comments by Bo Levi Mitchell regarding the Riders supposedly "hiding" players and that not counting against the cap. First, I think the Riders are hiding players. Second, I believe every team in the league has done this in the past. Third, IMHO, the Riders will not be found to have done anything to circumvent league rules. They can do it because they have the funds...but it hasn't seem to have helped them at this point of the season yet.
