I agree with you on our injuries. We're fielding a second team at this point. I just don't expect to get much improved. This is the team we have right right now. So, it is what it is?

I mean, obviously they have no chance against us at home - but I don't think we can call this a heavily depleted team - the injuries have happened and will continue to happen. I don't think we're going to see our pre-season roster in 2022.

I didn't see it, but I can imagine it. You love to see the pure jot when his faith in a player comes through - as much as we complain when it's "misplaced faith". You can just tell he has no clue he lives in 2022. He makes a bunch of stupid comments. Gets yelled at by his SM team. And then makes a dumb apology where he says he was misunderstood.

It starts with O'Day - just like it starts with Walters here in Winnipeg. You have to bring in a certain kind of man. The coach can then implement a philosophy when if players don't FI, they can FO. Then your new leadership group can start to police themselves. After Marino's suspension, ther ewas the question od how long Marino would last under MOS. And the truth is that MOS would never have dealt Marino. Our scouts would not have brought him in, Walters would not have signed him if they did, Jefferson/Bighill/etc would have had him bounced in TC if Walters dropped the ball. There are contingencies in place. You may get past one - but you aren't going to last long.

We're into our depth pretty hard already. Glass not living up to hopes sucked and Houston is a big loss. Along with Rose not being up to 2019 standards. I am still just waiting on BA to come back.

I'll say one thing about Gauthier, he wasn't getting moved off like a lot of our other big name D, he held on and dragged guys down. Never went for the big hit, just took his guy out.
