I agree with you on our injuries. We're fielding a second team at this point. I just don't expect to get much improved. This is the team we have right right now. So, it is what it is?

I mean, obviously they have no chance against us at home - but I don't think we can call this a heavily depleted team - the injuries have happened and will continue to happen. I don't think we're going to see our pre-season roster in 2022.

I didn't see it, but I can imagine it. You love to see the pure jot when his faith in a player comes through - as much as we complain when it's "misplaced faith". You can just tell he has no clue he lives in 2022. He makes a bunch of stupid comments. Gets yelled at by his SM team. And then makes a dumb apology where he says he was misunderstood.

It starts with O'Day - just like it starts with Walters here in Winnipeg. You have to bring in a certain kind of man. The coach can then implement a philosophy when if players don't FI, they can FO. Then your new leadership group can start to police themselves. After Marino's suspension, ther ewas the question od how long Marino would last under MOS. And the truth is that MOS would never have dealt Marino. Our scouts would not have brought him in, Walters would not have signed him if they did, Jefferson/Bighill/etc would have had him bounced in TC if Walters dropped the ball. There are contingencies in place. You may get past one - but you aren't going to last long.

Owners still committed and signing paycheques (for this season - are Stern is keeping his 25%, I believe). They want to move on though and the league will probably aim to have new owners in place for next season.

He refuses to get the new rules through his head. He still tries to call it like it’s the 80s. He constantly disagrees with calls against QBs, H2H shots, piling on…he just doesn’t get it.

I’m assuming machochia is still GM unless there’s new ownership in place and they clean house. Maas with the inside track if that’s the case.
