I think the term "healthy scratch" gets over used too much. I doubt he's 100 percent healthy just like i doubt Vega was last week either. Well, first of all, and i'll just say this because that's really all you need to know, Ehlers can't be sent down to the AHL this season, it's NHL or Junior for him. He's too young to play in the AHL.. it's junior or NHL for him, no St Johns for him cuz he's not eligible to go to St Johns.

The other thing is, those under 30's, heck let's say under 40's even, 35 to be fair crowd, they will have families of their own and kids of their own and just like what happened to most of us, our parents were fans so in a way it made us fans too, our kids will become fans too. It's a never ending cycle really lol.

You won't see Morrissey at the world Juniors because he will be on the JETS. He's the one guy i think this year who is guarateed to make the Jets. I think He's ready and if you follow his twitter account, he's been training and busting his ass this whole off season, really expect him to make the team out of camp and stick.. He's very very good. Nate Mckinnon was asked a while ago, if he was the GM of a team and he could pick any player in his draft year other than himself, who would he pick and he said Josh Morrissey. Morrissey i bet was close last year and didn't look out of place, I'll say this too, there is a reason the Jets called him up to st johns for the ice caps playoff run and didn't call up guys like petan and comrie. Because Josh is ready now to step in. He didn't look out of place at all. I'm gonna go as far to say that he could be rookie of the year this season.

Don't think any other team would trade for watson, even when he was healthy...Cuz he can't stay healthy so trading him for a NI oline, which teams trades good NI olinemen during the season? Especially for chronically injured receivers? NONE. Watson for SJ Green and a Pick, probably have to be Watson plus and a pick for SJ Green.

@MorningBigBlue Not quite that simple, unfortunately! My guess, it means the league needs to approve them and probably won't. I don't think this is purely a bombers choice at all, i think the league tells them they can't always wear them. The unfortunately part at the end suggests they would definitely like to wear them more, it leads me to believe that their hands are a bit tied up though by the league.

Interesting to see some of the other choices... McCallum seems to get the NOD from most of them for the kicker spot. Guess that's just based on ??reputation?? Never mind, according to the bc lions stats section on their website, McCallum is 24/25. Only missed one all year.

Messam isn't even on the field all the time, he's not even their number 1 back, ford or allen is, i think it's ford but who really knows. Went No because, really, just make the tackle, execute the play, be in the right spot and it doesn't really matter who is back there. Funny thing is, Sask didn't really have much yards running against us last game up until that final drive, we actually did pretty well vs the run last game. That last drive was where sask gained all there rushing yards though not all but... Sask had 160 yards rushing, 4 of those yards were when sunseri was in the game Durant had 3 for 28.. all those were on the last drive Allen had 7 for 38, 15 of that 38 was on the last drive when he scored Ford had 7 for 26, wasn't really used on that last drive was he? Messam had 6 runs for 64 yards.. Probably 20 on the last drive You take away the riders last drive and the bombers actually did pretty well vs the run.

Didn't Ottawa sign him to the PR? he's not even on the active roster, only reason they signed him is because demarco is done for the year, If anyone thinks Elliot will get any playing time being behind burris and 2 other guys, You are kidding yourself. I'm not sure why they brought him in but i'd suspect he doesn't see the field and i suspect he is released in the off season. The only logical reason for them to sign him is because he has some cfl experience but then why did they sign him to the PR and not add him to the active roster.

Not comparing Ehlers to Patrick Kane but when Patrick Kane started in the NHL, he weighed less than Ehlers.

Grigsby hasn't fumbled the ball once either, pretty impressive stat. Give grigsby an Oline and i think you see good things.
