There were strong rumours in the past that the coyotes had interest in Morrissey. So i could see them strongly thinking about it, They don't need Buff or Toby and if the deal involves Buff or Toby they better be adding something other than the 3rd overall pick. Does anyone honestly believe buff or toby would waive their no trade clauses and limited no trade clause in buffs case to go to Arizona? I don't think so. ...a big thing people are forgetting is that we always see him in garbage time, and even then, it's such a limited sample size. Nobody has any clue where this guy fits in the depth chart except the coaches who've gone over every single snap in practice and games... What do you consider garbage time? The only appearance of his that you could possibly consider being in "garbage time" would have been his last.. Well, maybe week 17 against Calgary last year, but even then, could you still consider it garbage time when he made it a 10-point deficit? Besides, if it's that easy to perform in garbage time, why did Brohm fail to do so against Edmonton last year? Cuz Edmonton D is very good. They would have ate Marve up too

There is a crazy rumor going around that have the Jets trying to trade up to 3 to grab one of hanifin provorov or werenski, all d men. The rumor is by a guy on the Jets site who is pretty damn bang on 99 percent of the time and it involves one of our picks in this years draft, josh morrissey and a unknown prospect (possibly burmistrov) to Arizona for 3rd overall. I think it's far fetched but the guy is pretty much right all the time so who knows. AZ really likes Morrissey lots and apparently the Jets really want an NHL ready LH D man, they really like Hanifin apparently.

Marve has gotten the garbage time in pre-season bro, he's playing against guys who are no longer on the teams he played against. To suggest Marve played in more demanding situations is complete BS really... Marve has played against the other teams 3rd stringers for the most part, he's been the qb that got the reps in the 3rd and 4th quarters, more so the 4th quarter. As a matter of fact this past week, he was the last guy in the game playing against guys who were just cut by Hamilton. I like Marve but... i would suggest you seem to have a little bit of a love affair with the guy... I'll take the pros words over the Joes anyday of the week and twice on Sundays. This is what i'll never understand on these fan forums, we are fans, that's what we are, yeah we have some knowledge but, our knowledge combined is nothing compared to what the guys who actually do it for a living have. I think sometimes, we may forget that and think we have all the answers when in reality, we have very little answers. We base our thoughts on what? 10 15 30 plays? The pros base their thoughts on hours upon hours upon hours of film and practice reps.. videos, all sorts of things, just cuz a guy goes out there and moves the ball, doesn't mean he's doing what he's supposed to do... 15 20 30 plays... vs hours upon hours of film and practice .
