    .....Luved the comment..(sorry can't remember who it was)..'This guy unleashed is gonna hurt some people'...Just look at him and his core strength and you can see the opposition will KNOW when Corney is on the field...I hope we locked him up for at least a couple of years..preferably longer.

    Dyakowski  sure pulled a good one on those rider frumps....LOL...Bit right into their ego's and they bit the big one...I laughed so hard I thought my pants would never dry...Embarrassed the heck out of them and I bet they won't forget that hosing for awhile...It's funny they didn't try to run a poll right after that phony interview to see if they were still legends in their own minds...Gotta luv it...This would have been a winner as the best fooler on April one...Winnipeg rated as no 2 should have sent the green guys over the edge and their fan base had to have gone ballistic ...Hey hey...good one Peter, I'm now a fan...at least till we play ya...

    I thought that quote came from Chauncey Gardener in ' Being There'....I guess Peter Sellers could have been mistaken for H.R. Pufnstuf..In any event the winds of change will certainly be blowing for the Bombers at IGF..

    When Walters went with Loffler at 19 I was elated...This kid is going to be a CFL all star..IF he can stay healthy....All he does is make plays and is as tough as nails...I really liked the Couture and Corney pics and Loffler just put the icing on the cake...A lot of other solid pics in the latter rounds and I agree that Walters gets an A...Finally showing us his in depth knowledge of the college ranks..

    O line and Singleton is my guess...although I do like the trade Floyd mentioned...9 and 19 for Demski and Lauzon -Seguin...We would certainly be ahead of the game there but Jones would have to be in a very generous mood and the football gods would have to smile on us big-time.

    Not to mention, Stegall and Lapo worked the tsn gig, and most likely had a lot of good natured run ins...Regarding Harris and James...I know they both are/were fantastic athletes..played both hockey and football, in James case NHL (leafs)...James was one of the youngest guys ever signed...could kick, catch and was a terrific back...Andrew has his work cut out for him matching James' career..Maybe Harris won't make the Jets but I know he's going to run wild on the opposition this year and get the Bombers into the playoffs. Optimism runs supreme.

    The nfl have greased Christo's palm plenty with all of the various gigs he's had...I don't see him that hungry for CFL football UNLESS his luv of the game dictates something different...Doesn't look like he'd make enough of a commitment, if any, to garner first over all this year...It would be a stretch for Jones and his gang to take him on spec...I like the idea but I think the riders would say nada.

    I believe the riders turned an even deeper shade of green (envy) when Andrew decided to come home...Sask. wanted him bad, and if you read any of their comments about the time Harris was available, they were certainly in the hunt..I'm glad he made the right choice and he gave the riders a ' thanx but NO thanx'...It kind of evens the score ,as far as I'm concerned, when you think that we lost a first round quality pick in Labatte to the pull of 'cmon home'..One of the best moves we've made in the offseason for a very long time...Luv it and I'm going to luv it even more when Harris runs the ball down their throat.

Inept and glad he's gone.

    Turner was a force....key word being 'was'...If it was turf toe, like some are saying, then I can see why he had a bad year in 15'...Guess we'll find out if he can turn up his game with the leos.. Looking at what has transpired with that club lately that might be a little tough...I'm picking them for the basement...Wally or no Wally  ...Turner is definitely a good addition for them along with Moore....the place where exBombers seem to be landing.

    Don't agree with the 'lag time' comment or 'getting up to speed'....Growing pains are experienced by every club bringing in new players....Certainly it takes time to jell BUT some teams like the Redblacks put a hole in the argument that you need a lot of 'lag time'...as a Cup appearance in yr. 2 will attest to that...We will be afforded the time this year to get it all together and that will come down to coaching...We know our talent has improved as well as coaching...A huge improvement can be realized in 16' and Bomber fans should and will expect that much and a playoff spot.
