His veteran status will likely get him on roster. Healthy at QB? You guys should worry about whether or not your Oline is going to be any better this year and if your QB can stay healthy. A qb injury changes things for any team in a hurry including your own team. As I said, I'm not worried about our receivers, Roosevelt, Chambers, Bagg, Chiles, and Denmark works just fine with me.
Wound up ....lol...Look,.. you questioned the quality of our receivers.....I answered but it appears you don't have the gumsion to recognize our talent which you have cast aspersions on...AND you don't have a qb....much as you like to say Durants the guy and everything is fine....Your qbs. I seen last night looked like crap and your starter hasn't played a meaningful game in 2 years and continues to sit ...Hmmmmm...don't worry about our receivers ...your worries should be with your own cub and receivers...Your lineup looks pretty thin from where I'm sitting.

Power outage in Sask.....seems the Jones team had one as well...They looked like crap..Keeping their starting qb. in bubble wrap is a real laugher..If rider fans don't see Durant next game, the melon heads are going to start exploding....B.C. actually looked half-decent...except their uni's ....gawd awful...And the name plates on the riders jerseys looked like license plates gone wrong...Glad we looked great in our first outing, compared to that junk.

Yes....I am sort of a contradiction in terms..lol Of course I'm looking forward to the game...BUT I like it more when we are playing for 2 points and has some meaning...I couldn't ever not get excited about my favourite game...I know it means jobs for the young players, I just wished it had more meaning,,, Can't wait till kickoff time...There you go another small contradiction...LOL

Preseason tilts....a big meh....Nice to see it is televised though, so we can get a good look at the offseason recruits playing against someone other than themselves...A few I'll have my eye on ... Besides Loffler and Corney, will be the Def. end positions...I know Westerman is a lock but since Cole went down I want to get a good look at who is replacing him..It'll be a very interesting battle on who is going to be the returner for this club...Veltung, McDuffie, and Anderson competing for the gig is going to be very interesting...I'm predicting one of these guys is going to take it to the house or damn near tonight...Looking forward to some very competetive actcheeeon...

...They're spinning this one over there on riders forum so hard it's making everyone dizzy...Sane heads and commentary have gone missing and the covering for Jones is getting nauseating...Geez if Walters would've pulled this off with Chungh (of course they feel that WE drove the entry level for first round pics over the top when we signed him) Kyle would never of heard the end of it...St. John looks at the moment, like he's off to greener pastures and not rider Greenland...Looks good on them and their pathetic whining.

I'm going with the more experienced older guy...although Ryan is certainly catching up...Tough call...What I'm really glad about is that they both play for us, and I can't wait till we play the green guys.

Could care less about Henoc...He gave us the finger on his last royal rental tour and that was enough for me...After the way the club treated him (more than fair as far as I'm concerned)and he wouldn't even give us the time of day and signs with Poop and the poutine boys....See ya ..have a nice career somewhere else Henoc.

.....Luved the comment..(sorry can't remember who it was)..'This guy unleashed is gonna hurt some people'...Just look at him and his core strength and you can see the opposition will KNOW when Corney is on the field...I hope we locked him up for at least a couple of years..preferably longer.

Anyone questioning Westermans ability and contribution to the Bombers obviously did not watch many Bomber games last year...The guy is a force...but what else could we expect from a rider fan...I think the take about Westerman being a 'loose cannon' is laughable...Riders would ****** this guy up in a moment...what a poor comment.

Looks like this happy group got their guys and were elated it fell that way...How come so many things are going right so far this year??.. If it continues we might even see a huge jump in the standings....Holy Hannah you have to feel great so far this year as a Bomber fan...big thumbs up.

When Walters went with Loffler at 19 I was elated...This kid is going to be a CFL all star..IF he can stay healthy....All he does is make plays and is as tough as nails...I really liked the Couture and Corney pics and Loffler just put the icing on the cake...A lot of other solid pics in the latter rounds and I agree that Walters gets an A...Finally showing us his in depth knowledge of the college ranks..

O line and Singleton is my guess...although I do like the trade Floyd mentioned...9 and 19 for Demski and Lauzon -Seguin...We would certainly be ahead of the game there but Jones would have to be in a very generous mood and the football gods would have to smile on us big-time.

Not to mention, Stegall and Lapo worked the tsn gig, and most likely had a lot of good natured run ins...Regarding Harris and James...I know they both are/were fantastic athletes..played both hockey and football, in James case NHL (leafs)...James was one of the youngest guys ever signed...could kick, catch and was a terrific back...Andrew has his work cut out for him matching James' career..Maybe Harris won't make the Jets but I know he's going to run wild on the opposition this year and get the Bombers into the playoffs. Optimism runs supreme.

The nfl have greased Christo's palm plenty with all of the various gigs he's had...I don't see him that hungry for CFL football UNLESS his luv of the game dictates something different...Doesn't look like he'd make enough of a commitment, if any, to garner first over all this year...It would be a stretch for Jones and his gang to take him on spec...I like the idea but I think the riders would say nada.

Why does getting a yard have to turn into a colossal event with this club...Cripes ...get this shored up O'Shea...It should be almost automatic when playing a yd. off the ball....Geez.
